Companio is getting worse.

Companio is getting worse.

I've been a customer for 5 years+. They keep increasing prices and adding fees for services that were previously included in the main subscriptions.

They use AI to reject perfectly fine documents and then it takes several email to get a human to correct their AI mistakes.

But worse is that last dashboard upgrade is a mess. You can't even see what transactions you matched in previous months. I'll probably leave companio soon if they don't at least improve the new dashboard.

It's a shame as it was perfectly fine before. They could have simply raised subscription price, kept everything included, and kept the previous dashboard version.

P.S. I am aware there is a link "Switch to previous version" in the dashboard, but as many other things in the new dashboard, even this link is broken.

Nefastos. Una estafa

Nefastos. Servicio pésimo y verdades a medias. Te dicen que te abren la empresa (cuando lo puedes hacer tú solito) por 483 EUR (con IVA) y, cuando has pagado, no te dejan activarla hasta que firmas el contrato con ellos. Contrato que, por cierto, es una bazofia y que no es aceptable. La consecuencia es que pierdes tu dinero sin derecho a nada y te quedas sin dinero y sin empresa. Tampoco te dan una dirección fiscal en Estonia, con lo que tienes que registrar una empresa en Estonia.. con dirección en España! Además, no contesta NADIE en el chat durante días y cuando contestan dicen chorradas sin sentido. NO CAIGAIS EN LA TRAMPA Y BUSCAD EN OTRO LADO!

Llevo ya un par de años con ellos

Empecé con ellos cuando decidí montar mi empresa en Estonia, sin tener ni idea de cómo funcionaba todo el tema de la contabilidad, los impuestos o las declaraciones. Desde el principio me sorprendió lo fácil que hacen todo. El panel es súper intuitivo, y lo mejor es que siempre hay alguien disponible para ayudarte — no respuestas automáticas, sino personas que realmente entienden tu caso y te explican las cosas con paciencia.
He pasado por distintas etapas con mi negocio (crecimiento, nuevos clientes, incluso cambios de país), y Companio siempre se ha adaptado. Lo que más valoro es que no son solo “contables”, sino que te ayudan a entender tu empresa, te avisan de lo importante antes de que sea un problema y te hacen sentir acompañado.
Sinceramente, después de probar otros servicios, puedo decir que Companio ofrece una relación calidad-precio inmejorable.

Expensive and poor service

Expensive for poor service received.
They charged me for one year of service, only to inform me that they do not support my kind of business (electronic goods sold in the US).
That information was provided to them on day one when I signed up, and several times after that, and they just missed it.
Furthermore, their customer service is a mix of AI-bot and human support. That is not bad in itself, except that the information does not flow between bots and humans, and even humans to other humans.
Once they decided to drop my company, they did not even help me liquidate or clean up their mess. Not recommended.

Un Verdadero desastre.

Un Verdadero desastre.
Te lo venden todo muy bien , haces los pagos , constituyen tu empresa y cuando quieres operar con ellos te dicen que ese tipo de empresas no llevan.
Estaba montando una Agencia de Viajes , cosa que sus opciones a la hora de describir tu negocio te deja .
Pero cuando finalizas todo y les preguntas por las licencias, te sacan un artículos escondido de su apartado ayuda que dice que no llevan agencias de viajes. Pero para cobrar sí que lo pueden hacer.

Decepcionante.
Ya me avisaron en la embajada Estonia pero no hice caso.

Son bastante desastre

Son bastante desastre. Presentan mal los informes. He revisado el informe anual del año anterior y estaba mal.

Te quieren cobrar por cosas que deberían hacer gratis.

He solicitado el informe de doble imposición de impuestos (solicitado por un cliente), me han dicho que debo pagarles casi 50 euros. Me llega el "informe", y resulta que ese no era. Hablo con una chica de atención al cliente y me dice que ese es, y además es el único que se puede solicitar de ese tipo. Me documento un poco e intento solicitarlo yo mismo.....y lo consigo. Les vuelvo a escribir y me reembolsan el dinero sin decir ni pío. Pero el problema es el siguiente: cómo puedo confiar y poner mi empresa y mis finanzas en una gestoría que no sabe lo que hace???

Además, me parece demasiado caro el servicio para lo poco que hacen. En mi caso tengo solo dos clientes, por lo que son dos facturas mensuales solamente. Aún así, les pago casi 100 euros.

NO RECOMENDABLE!!!

Best customer attention is the one that is not needed because everything flows.

I have been a client for more than a year and a happy customer.

They are great at explaining or…

They are great at explaining or following up on all the different questions I throw at them... Very friendly support! The Product could be a little better designed, but that is a minor detail/feedback.

So far, so good.

I've been a client of Companio for around 4 months now and I am impressed with their professionalism and knowledge.

I've had some pretty awful experiences with accountants in the past so working with Companio is a breath of fresh air.

Their customer support is fast and reliable. When I ask a question, I get an answer in minutes.

The platform is easy to use and most of the hard work is done by them so my monthly workload is light.

I'd recommend Companio to anyone looking to start a business in Estonia under the e-Residency program.

WARNING: AVOID THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I am utterly appalled by the abhorrent treatment I received from this company. After applying for their services, I was hit with €39 in foreign exchange fees because of their incompetence, and when I sought compensation, they had the nerve to refuse. They take zero responsibility for their mistakes and act like they’re above accountability.

But the most outrageous part? My application was rejected simply because I’m Egyptian! This reason was never disclosed in their policies, and it doesn’t appear anywhere on their website. This isn’t just a bad business practice; it’s outright discrimination! There’s no legitimate reason for this hidden condition, and it goes against everything that should define a reputable company.

Their lack of transparency is unacceptable, and it reeks of dishonesty. If I had known they operate with such disgraceful criteria, I would never have wasted my time or money. They clearly have no respect for international customers and are hiding behind vague policies to justify their prejudiced actions.

I will be taking this further by filing formal complaints with every relevant authority, and I will ensure that everyone hears about their deceptive and unethical practices. Do not trust them! They are a scam waiting to happen, and they don’t deserve a single cent of your hard-earned money.

First, we want to clarify that we have never, and will never, discriminate against any of our clients based on their country of origin, nationality, or background. Our company prides itself on providing equal treatment to all our clients, regardless of where they are from.

Unfortunately, Egypt is currently part of a list of unsupported countries for our services due to specific compliance regulations. Our decision was not based on your nationality, but rather on these regulatory constraints.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when these criteria are not clear enough upfront, and we are actively working to make this information more transparent on our website.

That said, there is an option that might allow you to proceed with registration if your company includes a co-founder or a member who holds a passport from a supported country.

In such cases, the company can be registered under the supported member’s country, allowing you to move forward with your business plans.

Regarding the foreign exchange fees, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have refunded the full amount we received on our end, which was €390, and the €39 charge you mentioned was applied by the payment provider, which unfortunately falls outside of our control.

While this is not the outcome you had hoped for, please know that we are constantly looking for ways to improve and will take your feedback into account.

Companio's management is terrible

Companio's management is terrible. They are not allowing me to close my annual report due to their lack of professionalism. You cannot contact the advisors, and they don't care about your annual report. The platform loses the content you upload, and they lie about the documentation. To top it off, they only attend to you if you pay €200, and then they disappear, leaving you with the chat again.

FATAL... SE QUEDAN CON TU DINERO Y NO TE DAN RESPUESTAS

FATAL... Coincido plenamente en la poquísima seriedad que tienen en el trato al cliente. Es un error depositar la confianza en ellos. Creé una empresa en estonia con ellos y al finalizar el año he tenido problemas con las tasas.

Estos problemas se produjeron en febrero. Estamos en abril y he perdido la cuenta de la infinidad de emails, mensajes del chat e incidencias que he enviado.

Lo peor es que todos ellos son leídos, como aparece en el chat y en tracker, más de una vez, y han pasado a no darme ningún tipo de respuesta. He contactado con el correspondiente de la Hacienda en Estonia y me dicen que el dinero de las tasas que pagué mal aconsejada por ellos y que reclamé se lo han quedado porque la devolución ya fue efectuada a la cuenta de ellos.

Desde ayer me han sacado del chat y ahora me aparece todo el tiempo que están fuera de servicio o que no hay agentes aún en horario laboral con el circulito de "disponibles".

Tampoco hay contestación a ninguno de los mensajes que les he enviado a través del correo oficial del soporte, prácticamente uno al día, con capturas de pantalla del chat y todo. A través de esta vía les he pedido poner una reclamación y no respetan ni la ley al no dar respuesta a una petición como esta.

Se están quedando con mi dinero, no ofrecen el servicio de atención que dicen que ofrecen y, para colmo, no me responden ni para resolver otras dudas banales de las que les pueden surgir a cualquier cliente. De hecho, una de las cuentas bancarias se me ha desconectado y la plataforma no me deja reconectarla, lo que es un problema de la interfaz. Eso supone que no se puedan contabilizar bien mis facturas.

Tampoco contabilizaron bien las facturas del mes pasado y eso me ha supuesto tener que pagar más tasas. Lo único que hacen es enviarte mensajes automatizados, pero no existe la comunicación. Sigo en mitad de todos estos problemas sin solución alguna. Una vergüenza absoluta.
