Be Careful of Giving Payment full... they willingly accepted full amount only to be rejected later on, now im waiting for full refund in process, hopefully will be resolved fast....

I’ve been using Osome for over 2 years now for my arbitrage business in the UK. The team are incredibly knowledgable and super friendly. The mobile app(I’m using iOS) and the desktop interface and features are easy to use and makes the day to day accounting very simple.

If you want to talk to BOTs all day who keep telling you that someone will get back to, and do this for 20 emails and 2 weeks, then this is the company for you. When you finally reach a person they can care less and seem to not know what is going on. Over charging and constant up selling for services you dont need. This is a tech company gone wrong.

We have been a customer of Osome’s accounting service for over 2 years, and the experience has been consistently disappointing.

The accounting service is extremely slow and unprofessional. Even basic tasks are given timelines that are completely unreasonable, often many times longer than expected, which disrupts normal business operations.

Communication is very poor. There have been instances when the team went on leave without notice, leaving work unattended with no updates or backup support.

A major issue is the lack of continuity. It appears that only one person has the full context of the account, and if that person is unavailable, everything comes to a halt. This creates unnecessary risk for businesses relying on timely accounting.

There are also serious concerns around pricing transparency. Additional and unexpected costs are introduced towards the end of timelines. For example, a subsidiary that existed since the beginning of the financial year was later treated as new scope, with extra charges including currency conversion fees added without clear upfront communication.

Even when requesting detailed timelines and cost breakdowns, execution still takes several days to a week and offers limited accountability.

Overall, the accounting service is not reliable and not worth the money. I would not recommend it to businesses that require timely and professional financial support.

Poor delivery and zero accountability. My company’s first financial year ended in December 2024. It is now March 2026, and Osome has yet to deliver the audit report. Their constant excuse is "high workload and other urgent deadlines," effectively making their poor resource management my legal risk. 14 months of delays is unprofessional and unacceptable for a regulated service. If you have a HK company with strict statutory deadlines, look elsewhere. Their "urgent deadlines" for other clients are consistently prioritised over yours.

I would not recommend Osome based on my experience.
Their services have been slow and error-prone, which is particularly concerning when dealing with compliance matters that can potentially result in government penalties or fines if handled incorrectly or delayed. For a company that positions itself as a professional corporate services provider, the level of mistakes and delays has been disappointing.
In addition, their pricing has increased dramatically. Over the past two years my fees have increased by approximately 38%, which feels unreasonable given the service quality.
Another major issue is the cost of their offshore tax exemption service. I was charged almost 19,000 HKD, while many other providers include this as part of their standard accounting packages at no additional cost.
Overall, the value for money is poor, especially considering the delays, errors, and escalating fees. Based on my experience, I would recommend carefully comparing other service providers before choosing Osome.

I incorporated my company with Osome two years ago and have used their services since then without issues. However, recently I noticed an early renewal charge and found that I could not remove my credit card from the billing section.

When I contacted support, the experience was very disappointing. Instead of simply assisting me, the representative’s tone felt intimidating and unprofessional. After insisting, my card was removed, but I was warned that my account could be closed and that returning in the future would involve additional fees.

After two years as a customer, I expected a more respectful and professional approach.

After almost one year with Osome, I can say the experience has been more than seamless. Quick feedback, great availability, and strong organisation across everything they do.

Very helpful, someone is always there to assist as needed. Required processes are done efficiently and on time. Very happy so far.

I reached out on January 30th about preparing and filing my Self Assessment (don't ask why I left it so late). Instead of back-and-forth arguments, by 7pm my Self Assessment was simply successfully submitted!!!

Abdolutely pathetic. No one point of contact, no one knows or cares. Market themselves as an ecommerce agency yet cant integrate with anything and demand litterally thousands of transactions reciepts (not just reports but reciepts) they have no interest in resolving anything as they have your money. No interest in ising your existing infrastructure -hundoc xero ect ect, i also payed for final year catch up accounts months ago and still no progress. Run for the hills and go litterally anywhere else.

Been an absolute pleasure using them and i still continue to do so for my business and for my future ventures :)

You need corporate advisory that is accurate and timely. Osome is neither. They randomly decided to promote an employee to a director one day.

When changing away from them they ask why and pretend to care but still fail to even do this in a timely fashion.

Was driving on the i 10 east on 11/20/2025 @ 10:30pm when getting on the freeway one of your company vehicles tried to run me into the wall not letting me get on the freeway on purpose, then when I go around and take the other lane he now wants to cut me off and get over on front of me slamming on the breaks! Very unprofessional I have it all on dash cam going to post it to social media!
