The rugs are beautiful! Very vibrant colors and good quality. I am happy with the product

I ordered the Noah Table Lamp and when it arrived looked nothing like the many pictures on the English Elm website. I immediately contacted the company for information on how to return it and get a refund, providing photos to justify my request. It has been 30 days and I continue to get the runaround from the company. Do not buy anything from English Elm. You will be disappointed and out whatever you pay.

I love my lamps! After I order them the manufacturer put them on back order. Luckily English Elm sent me an informative email so I was aware of the situation. Once they were back in stock my delivery arrived timely in perfect condition. I really appreciated the excellent communication thru the process.

No issues with shipping. Chair arrived nicely packed in great condition.

The lengthiest part of this transaction was choosing the best rug for my space ! So many choices, and the complete descriptions were very helpful.Shipping was quick. The package arrived in good shape, and the rug is slowly becoming accustomed to its new home.

The bookcase was just as advertised, shipped quickly with no damage and the best part was that they were able to price match a competitor who had just lowered their price a day after I had ordered from English Elm. I emailed them and they were quick to respond with a discount. I did do my homework though and read a lot of review on the actual piece that I wanted. Solid wood!

We were a little nervous about making this purchase online, but when it arrived, it was exactly what we were hoping for. It's beautiful, well-made, and the quality exceeded our expectations. ordered chairs. never saw any update on ship date on shop app. emailed me to say they had tried to get in touch with me about my order that they charged me for but then would be backordered for three months. I asked where. they would not answer my question and canceled my order before I decided if i was going to wait for the product or not. they stated that the price would be more if i canceled. terrible customer service.

The prompt communication about out of stock items and how to continue with purchase. Price is remarkably low.

This is the rug I really wanted. I puchase several other of the same color, name and style because I loved the Palma Blue/ beige color and pattern. So happy to have received it. It was back ordered but you guys came through. Thank you

Hello. I finally received these chairs that were on back order but when I opened the box, I immediately realized they get one of the two chairs was damaged. The seat cushion has a cut/slice (looks like it was maybe from a blade).

Please advise how to proceed. I am not sure if you need a photo and/or if I return both or just the damaged one. I am not requesting a refund but would just like to exchange the damaged one. Please advise.

Great communication, quality of product and good prices.

I ordered a beautiful table and chairs on April 20 and have had no updates or communication back from English Elm. However, the 2 additional chairs I ordered I received communication on that they were sold out and on back order. It's super frustrating to spend a large amount of money to be left in the dark and have no clue where your item is or if you were scammed!

I I ordered an office chair and only after placing the order realized there was no shipping date provided. I checked the website and the item did not appear to be out of stock, so I reached out to customer service to request an estimated delivery timeline.

Rather than providing a clear ETA or helpful updates, my questions were not directly answered. After a few back-and-forth emails, I later discovered that my order had been canceled without any clear explanation.

Overall, the communication was unhelpful and unprofessional, and the experience was frustrating. I would not recommend ordering furniture from this company, as availability and fulfillment do not seem reliable.

One of the tables is damaged would like to be able to talked to someone, a human not a computer or AI
It is May 26,2026,paid shipping insurance, and still waiting for a replacement, not a repair job on a new end table,bought new ,want new, not repaired new, ordered on April 19, it's May 26, I will update and let everyone know how it goes,pissed off customer

The company took longer than expected to ship my chair. When I finally got it I hated it!! My chair is so small!! It looks like it was designed for a child!! I’ll never order from them again!! $1600 is a lot to pay for a small chair and I want to ship it back!
