The umbrella was back ordered until September but it ended up arriving late July so that was great since we could still make use of it for summer and we needed it for the pool area. I took off one star because it was missing the tie to wrap the umbrella when it’s closed. Overall I love the umbrella, it’s sturdy and high quality material.

From the beginning, they conducted business in a professional and trustworthy manner.They genuinely care about helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for. Even when the item I wanted was out of stock, they went out of their way to help me locate the product I desired.

My placemats were exactly as pictured on the website and ordering was easy and secure.

I ordered a pair of dining room chairs. When I received them, there was a manufacturing defect where the holes were drilled in the incorrect place making it impossible to put together. I reached out to the company to see what needed to be done. After submitting photos of the issue I was told I’d hear back in 5-7 days, but hopefully sooner. After 10 days I reached out because I never heard back. Radio silence. Extremely poor customer service. Only take emails that they ignore. No phone number to call. And now I’m stuck with a pair of chairs that can’t be used and out $360. I will be sure to share my experience so nobody else ends up in the same situation.

The experience was good. The item was out of stock and found out after I ordered it. But it did come earlier than expected. The product survey came before the item was delivered so that caused some confusion wondering where it was. But the vanity/desk is beautiful and of good quality and that is the most important thing.

Terrible sanding job……has been only rough sanded.
Table needs finish sanding , and at least, if not more even stain color, then at least, a top coat to seal table from stains.

Pleased with product but was disappointed when I wanted to order another one the price went up about $100.00

The original daybed trundle I ordered was on back order. I was notified and was offered for them to check if any other options I chose were in stock. Made everything soo easy to place another order. This daybed trundle is very nice, sturdy, and teen friendly. Absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for quality as a great price. Design is wonderful and works great for kids that like to change things around often.

No discredit to Elm as this is purely a shipper issue. The box is shipped as it arrives from the manufacturer.

Takes a long time to receive item. Still waiting after 2 week. Tracking is not great. See that the item was picked up but after that have no idea where it is. Hoping it comes when it's scheduled to come
