The website has a minimal sort/filter option when looking a products which is an inconvenience. Also, the rug color was not the same as the majority of the showcased photos. I wish my rug had more hints of color throughout, but it’s pretty plain. But the rig is soft which I was happy with. I’m sure if you get a different rig with a more consistent design then it would be alright.

Terrible! I ordered, product came but needed to return. Nobody answered my email or text via social media. There’s no number that answers and I’m stuck with the product. I’m absolutely dissatisfied!!

I’ve ordered three items, all were cancelled about 2 weeks after they should have arrived. I’d guess 75% of that website shows products they do, in fact, not have.

I was very happy with the purchase. I was able to put the speaker on our patio umbrella and it works great and very enjoyable for us to entertain.

The selection was good, the product was beautiful, and the pricing was fair. Customer service was faster than the company emailed me about.

The rug listing begins as 3’x6’ multiple times, but arrived as 2x3. The description of the item is so long that the final 2x 3 (listed without units) is cut off from the description on all pages and is not visible until after the purchase is completed. Very misleading. Very dissatisfied with an undersized rug. Feel intentionally misleading

I’m very happy with this vanity overall. It’s perfect for a small bathroom and the fact that it’s made of real wood gives it a much higher-quality look and feel than many other options I considered. The finished product looks beautiful and has completely transformed the space.

My only minor issues were that shipping took longer than expected, and when I tried to swap out the included handle for a brushed gold one to match my faucet, I discovered the hole spacing was slightly off and not exactly 4 inches, which made finding a replacement a little challenging.

Despite those small inconveniences, I love the final result and would definitely recommend this vanity, especially for anyone looking for a stylish, space-saving option made from real wood.

The service was okay, and the product was exactly as shown on the website. Overall, I have no complaints. I love my extra-large mirror. 🪞

Receive the product in great condition. Costumer staff Responsive through email in less than 24 hrs . Received my chair in less Than 2 weeks .

Fast shipping. In perfect condition. Fantastic packaging that allowed me to dispose of the old runner in the plastic bag it was shipped in. Carpet is very clean and odor free.

UPDATE: after posting this review and getting a response here, I emailed again and this time got a response and a refund. So while communication was abysmal and I did not get the product, I guess it's not a total scam.

Ordered a chair on April 23rd and didn’t hear anything from them for a couple weeks. I reached out attempting to cancel the order, but they said they could not as the order had shipped. At that time they gave me a FedEx tracking link. The link showed that FedEx did not yet have the item and no delivery date was available.

It’s now June 6th and the FedEx tracking has not changed. They have not responded to my numerous emails since the initial one in early May. I will have to take this up with my bank to get my money back. This website is a scam.

I ordered a blue circular rug. When it arrived it was lumpy and would not flatten. When I examined it in a lighted room I noticed that it was green and not blue, even though the label said that it was blue! I thought about returning or exchanging it, but the information said that I would have to pay for shipping myself, and that was half the price of the rug itself. It was not even my fault that the rug was lumpy or the wrong color, so I decided to throw it away, buy a new rug from a different store, and never buy from English Elm again.

The nightstand is absolutely gorgeous!! Well made.
