Nice product, but not worth the price

I am extremely disappointed with this product not only to fail catastrophic malfunction within the first week and was fully replaced. But the second week it failed again this time collision course failed near the stairs..

For a product that we spend over $500 on it must meet standards that I believe fails dramatically. In my own opinion from their own reviews and results. People are seriously receiving a very similar outcome. The housing wheels motor fails with no way of replacing it and only just a wheel set this has to be one of the worst experiences of my life. I have spent the last two weeks gathering evidence about this with over 179 signatures now I’m seriously thinking of moving forward with a full investigation under the Australian consumer watchdog.

Horrible. It won’t connect. They have great videos and reviews but everything is in another language and it won’t stay connected. It get struck and won’t return to charging station. Waste of money.

Bought as Christmas gift. They won’t return it.

Purchased mine and within a week started to give problems contacted Amazon and they said to also contact supplier. Once with supplier the responses came through fast and then SILENCE now when responding to the thread again asking for feedback I get a note saying ticket is closed because I haven’t responded WHICH I HAVE multiple times. I have even responded onto that mail too saying my responses are there - keep in mind I was smart to keep this one one email thread!!! So here I am sitting with a dud

Never received the device and the track and trace number supplied did not work

Since posting we discovered it was delivered to the neighbours address

Will not make up for the fact the T&T didn’t work leading to the confusion.

Robot continually gets stuck on carpet. Tried to return and get refund per instructions on website. However hyperlink on website directs you to different website than instructions on support page. They state they respond in 48 hours, it’s been over a week with no response. Very disappointed in robot and service! Still trying to get response to return and refund request!!

Bought the product doesn’t work as describe contacted them multiple times to initiate return they wanted feedback which I gave and still no response on the return I first sent a email on 2nd July and they have still not sent me a return label absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service.

They sell your information to scammers. Expect to be immediately bombarded with scam emails if you give it to them. Do you want to trust your security with a company that does this?

Moins de 2 mois plus tard la compagnie sort le 2 plus avec les fonctionnalités promises en prenant en otage les clients ayant acheté le premier produit avec une offre d'échange qui n'est rien d'autre qu'un rabais de 30$ sur un produit en valant plus de 300.
Compagnie à fuire, d'autres concurrents font le même produits avec des pratiques moins honteuses.

This also means they don’t stand behind the quality of their product. Will never purchase from this company again.

my dog chewed off a track the second he got it on its own...so I went on the web and ordered via enabot the only air tracks I could see...but there were too big and for the enabot Air. How was I to know the difference? no tracks available for my air 2. its been a month and we still haven't even used it. Not overly impressed. Also the noise functions don't seem to work Thinking of returning at this stage..

Enabot stole money from me! I initiated a return for one of their robots, didn't hear back for 2 weeks, so I initiated a chargeback on my card. After I finally heard back, I did the right thing and canceled the chargeback and returned the item. They claimed that they refunded the money but the charge went through again.
I went back and forth with them for weeks with proof from my bank and I have no way to get the funds returned. They stopped responding to me over support. Really furious with this company
