I ordered the phone case from Custype. I am disappointed with the return policy. I have to mail the product to China, which is very expensive. I purchased the product in the USA.

前に使用していたケースでは一度も割れなかったのに、こちらのケースに変えたら1週間も経たないうちに画面が割れました。特に落としたとかもないので、保護能力はかなり低いです。ストラップも安っぽくて失敗したなと思います。
ケースだけでもかなり重く持っていると手が疲れるし肩にかけると肩が凝る。
リングを立てるのも硬すぎてスムーズにいかず時間がかかる。
中国のブランドということで不安に思いながらも写真やレビューが良く購入しましたが大失敗でした。

荷物を少なく、スマホだけで持ち歩けるのがとても役立ちます！
MagSafeも強力、チェーン付きなのが安心です。ハートのポーチと、ハートのショルダーが特にお気に入り！ブラックも追加でほしい！

I enjoyed collaborating with Custype as a surface pattern designer. The team was professional and clear in their communication, and they brought my designs to life beautifully on their phone cases and accessories. The printing quality is excellent, the products feel well made, and even the packaging was thoughtfully done. I would recommend Custype to my community.

Last year I received a CUSTYPE case with lanyard and attachments for my iPhone as a gift. It fit my phone perfectly. I loved the magnetic card wallet so I could leave my purse at home for quick errands. It also had another round detachable container that is small but still holds necessities for a longer time away from home.

I was so pleased with it that I ordered one as a gift to a friend. By mistake I clicked on the wrong phone model. I didn’t realize it until I received the confirmation email, which did arrive promptly. I emailed them back as soon as I noticed my mistake. They were so helpful in suspending my incorrect order and offering to make it right. I already knew they made a quality product. Now after this experience I also believe they have great customer service. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Custype sent me the wrong size for my iPhone case. They refused to pay for shipping cost to replace the item. The phone case was $27 and shipping would cost around $20-$25 back to China. They wanted me to take pics to prove that phone case doesn’t fit then told me to do a “packing” video before sending it out. Seems ridiculous to me. Don’t purchase from them.

I received my order today and I absolutely love it, it’s exactly like it was advertised on the website. It is coming from China, but surprisingly it arrived pretty quick with standard free shipping. It took about a week or so. You get what you pay for you really do, the quality is good. It doesn’t look rushed, or different from the pictures on the website it’s durable made very well and it’s shipped out within a few days. I am very pleased with Custype, so happy with my order in fact I ordered one for my other phone. Highly recommend if you’re just not sure, it’s legit and everything came perfect.

Great customer service I got my strap personalized to have two hooks rather than one so I can wear a coin purse and iPods with me. Cases are great durable great concept to have the wallet attached by a chain so to won’t loose it. I will be ordering new set in different color and updated case for my new phone. I ordered to UK very quick delivery.

I was so happy to recieve my new phone case, with crossiver strap with leather and gold chain, magnetic wallet that holds 4 cards, along with the pouch for any small miscellaneous items I may need when out and about.
