Twice a day Microsoft ask me to re sign in to my hotmail account. Every time I ensure that I put in the correct password and yet their system comes up with ‘incorrect password’. This is a common occurrence. A poor company with a lousy system. It would be less than one star if it was possible.

I have used microsoft 365 for years and it is perfect for my business.
But.. and it is a big but.. when having problem the support is way to slow and inkompentent.
Dont get me wrong. The are all very nice, and say sorry all the time, but no one i able to do anything.
My password was compromised and i changed it. So for så good. But i made a mistake and my program did not save the new password. This i my fault.
But to reset the password they have now had my case for a week. I have called daily, and no updates - just, we are sorry we cant not do anything you have to wait for the call back.
A week with out support and help, and it is ruining my busniess and income and ablity to provide fr my family. I am looking in to other optiom now, because this support level is simply not good enough. Hire more engineres and make the different department abel to coomunicate and see number in line, talk directly to the engenier and so on.

My account was hacked and taken over despite Microsoft's two factor authentication.

Microsoft is unable to help recovering the account in any acceptable time frame (5 days and counting). Netflix could do it in 3 minutes (same exact problem).

Mean while, my bank card is charged with all kind of things and I don't have access to any of my personal papers (work contracts, bank information, passport, family pictures, etc. etc.).

When asked, Microsoft support cannot say if I will ever get my account and OneDrive files back.

Microsoft refuses to close the account, because I am no longer the owner.

This was the process:
1) There are no automatic way to reset the account.
2) All support options are hidden behind the login, so I had to create a new account to get a phone number to call.
3) When calling on the phone, they kept throwing me off the line. I had to call 7 times.
4) Support can't help because I don't use Outlook, but instead a third party email.
5) Supporter said this was not my account because emails didn't match. I insisted it was and they asked me to prove it by LOGGING IN (?!).
6) Finally, they create a support case with a form I need to fill out and upload somewhere. I did that. And then received the same mail 3 times, asking me to fill out the same form.
7) When calling support to ask what's going on, they say "can you log in and reset the password?" Obviously f****ng not!

If I ever get my personal papers back, they are going strait out of Microsoft and into a cloud vendor with proper security and recovery procedures in place!

I have been using Ms Word, Excel and Powerpoint for over 10 years and recently their platform has become so difficult to log into and difficult to get help. you have to search ms word live chat in google browser to find to how to get live chat customer help. so by the time you finally get to talk to someone, 1/2 an hour to an hour later, you may not be in a very good mood.
also, after changing my password and email, it still recognizes old passwords and old emails. They do not synch or recognize these changes on their related platforms like skype and google chrome. they are also not well suited for mac laptops and buggy in that there is a known problem where if you select to change the color of the text, it gets stuck and suddenly you cannot fix it or make the text normal black again.

It may be expensive but once you pay it's great! Would recommend but the price would actually turn you off. Great apps for productivity and home use

I was prompted to renew Microsoft 365 for £79 but when I did so, I did not get the full package. So, I am not getting what I paid for. More irritating is that every time I use my existing Office suite, I get a message prompting me to renew subscription or enter a product key (which I have not been given). I then have to close the pop-up message before I can access my documents. I tried many times to get help from Microsoft but no help is forthcoming. Very poor service. I would like my money back but that is proving very difficult too.

Schlechter Support mit wenig KnowHow, schlechte Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung, ungenügende Dokumentation. Thema Outlook und Domainnutzung Katastrophal. Wird behauptet dass versucht wurde anzurufen, glatte Lüge, heutzutage sieht man immer wer angerufen hat.

The It department or any intermediate self employed, workers , or third party companies you may employed to dials with Complaints, Issues or any technical support is very disappointed, basically don't existing based on my experience
Lack of communication English speaking ,not enough skills waiting for 1:45 minutes hold the line .
Terrible customer service.

We were completely mis-sold a package and Microsoft refuse to take responsibility. The support is so poor, with staff not knowing the correct terminology when trying to guide you. To date we have lost 5 of our business days trying to rectify their issue, no one is getting back to us. I had such high hopes from Microsoft and how it could help our business but I have been left extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would like someone to contact me for a refund.
