They are so corrupt.
Now they are harassing my hourly to sign in to a business email 365 that i never wanted to buy but they tried to bill me for 5 months without authorization.
now they invade my screen with asking a sign in on a 365 business email that they don't accept its login info and then
they stupidly ask me to sign in when they say that i don't have the right logins ???
how stupid is this ?
I have never wanted this 365 after their fake free test run ..is where they abuse of you later since they take your credit card and try to bill no matter how many times you say you don't want the f product?
THis was a hell of an experience when they tried for months to bill me on 365 that i did not want nor never wanted for 5 months and today they harass my screen still trying to get me to login in to an account i never wanted or paid for afterall.!!

Poor and charged without authorisation
Poor poor and I have been charged £5.99 monthly since 2022 despite not authorising this.Customer service via the website was useless !! That’s once you can find how to contact them in web chat not easy to find this function at all !! Useless service will never use them again
Useful IF it could be used
Useful product. IF YOU COULD USE IT.
I use m365 for my company and it's so unbelievably hard to use and frustrating. When I need to access trough an online browser it is literally IMPOSSIBLE TO LOGIN. So I always have to give up logging in. Email and password are correct (because I am logged in on the apps) but it always gives error, always says the account doesn't exist when I try to login on the browser. Such a big multimillion dollar company can't adjust a single login function. Even though some of the stuff they provide is incredible (funxtion-wise) it is always a nightmare to login, to the point that I would just not use it and never recommend this product ever.

Very bad service as it adds a 2 factor authentification without contacting the administrators.
Users are kept out of their emails. This is very unprofessional.
Then help is not available as users cannot authenticate.

Fraud and Scammers
They are pathetic, scammers and fraud don't even have sense how to speak in English.
We asked them they we are leaving your services kindly send the backup of our emails, but the Microsoft illiterate employees did not even respond back.
I am going to report their LLC, I would suggest do not use Microsoft.
Their uneducated engineer Sreenath he wasted my 10 days but not even provided my the backup.

Der Support (irgendeine Bude im Hinterland von Pakistan oder Bangladesh) ist die Katastrophe schlechthin und nach 2 Monaten ist das Problem im OneDrive, das absolut offensichtlich ist und inzwischen mehrfach geschildert wurde mit ausführlichen Erklärungen, Bildschirmfoto und -vieos, immer noch nicht behoben. Ausser blumigen Worten und lieben Grüssen an die ganze Familie und Sippe kommt nichts produktives zustande.
Die Firma Microsoft, auch bekannt als Steuervermeider mit Milliardenprofiten und Produzent von notorisch fehlerhafter Software, delegiert dermassen wichtige Aufgaben an eine Hinterland-Firma in die billigsten Regionen der Welt um Kosten zu minimieren, welche nicht lösungsorientiert ist und Anfragen nach Belieben ignoriert. Wer schon derart stümperhafte Software und die Nerven der Kunden strapaziert und deren Zeit verbrennt, soll wenigstens einen anständigen Support bieten. Es besteht nicht einmal die Möglichkeit, aus diesem kafkaeskem Szenario zu entfliehen, indem Probleme an eine Beschwerdestelle oder Reklamationsstelle eskaliert werden könnten.
Eine absolut kafkaeske und frustrierende Erfahrung, die ich einmal mehr mit Dienstleistungen von Microsoft machen musste. Selber schuld, wer auf Dienste einer solchen Idiotenfirma setzt.

This is next to YBS the worst companhy I have ever dealt wit. I am a 76 year old disabled pensioner and have somehow been charged £79.99 by this bunch of cowboys. They gtreied to say I was a subscriber so I wrote and told them THREE times that I knew nothing about it. They charged a credit card that I had reproted lost by debitting the new card even though I had never given them the number. THAT IS THE MOST WORRYING THING No responsde from microsoft and more importantly no frefund.

This has to be the most user-unfriendly clunky program ever put on the market. It is a huge backward step. With zero customer support and very poor help function it is impossible to use. Horrible confusing layouts mean you lose track of work, and organising your work becomes impossible.

I had nothing but problems with this service with the one drive, the team focus, lack of clarity to know if it was cancelled for sure. It is our hell with service for 365 and lost documents since i had to software. they are bullies to push onedrive and they were bullies trying to bill me twice the same stupid service when they did not clear things in my software and opened up 2 stupid accounts for no reason!!! things but always work remotely but did not have the honesty to close the last service and ended with 2 services.
after screaming they cancelled my 2 accounts...
but these bullies decided to bill me for 1 service on their own. they are a piece of st company with no morals.

Microsoft 365 is supposed to be an month to month subscription with the ability to stop it whenever the customer wants to. I purchased a subscription. I was using it on a computer that failed with an email address I not longer use or know the credentials for.
I tried to stop the subscription online through Microsoft. Because I no longer had the email address I used to sign up with, the Microsoft website wouldn't let me sign in to stop the billing. I was willing to give them another form of ID to prove who I was but they had to have the original email or they wouldn't help me.
Next after spending a considerable amount of time to find a phone number where I could talk to a person, the answer I got was if wanted to stop the payments I would have to take it up with my card issuer. I was using my debit card from my bank.
I called my bank and they said they could not stop the monthly payment. Only the entity charging me could do that. My bank said to definitely stop the automatic payments, i would have to close my debit card account. So that's what I did.
I had to notify all the entities I paid with my debit card to give them a new form of payment. I subsequently requested a new debit card.
I spent a lot of time and frustration on this, just because Microsoft doesn't have a good process to stop monthly payments.
I think they can and should do better.

From heroes to zeroes, technology at its worst.
Remember when Microsoft was at the forefront of technology, now they have become a bunch of "suits", leeching on the efforts of 20 years ago. Their support is inept, incompetent, and they really do not give a toss.
I recently purchased 365, and have had significant problems with Outlook (Should be called Outhouse), frigged around endlessly, and I cannot even send a simple email.

If something breaks on your paid subscription, my best advise would be to find a new email client. The support for their Outlook 365 service is nothing short of woeful. Honestly, I'm picturing monkeys jumping up and down on keyboards in their offices. Shocking!

I paid a yearly subscription for office 365 for uni, recently found out I can access this for free through uni and so I wanted to cancel my subscription and get a refund. It is impossible to contact anyone to discuss this. Constant error when I enter my number to request a call back. I’m aware you can only get a refund up to 30 days after subscribing so this is urgent and seems to be no way to resolve it. I’m disappointed in how poor the customer service is from such a big company. Poor service

About 2 weeks ago I discovered my email was being upgraded from Microsoft Outlook 360 to 365. Didn't think much of it but I confirmed that I received the notice. All of a sudden I can't sign into anything. I'm told my account doesn't exist. Put my account information in it says it belongs to somebody else. Really??? I was told I can't send emails because the person sending them is not trustworthy. That would be me. I got off the phone a little while ago, 30 minutes hold time which actually was good the time before was 52 minutes. The young lady helping this morning was much nicer than the guy last week. He was so frustrated he said I sent you an email read the directions. Brilliant. I couldn't get into my email that was why I was calling them! I was so excited to talk to a real person instead of the AI (don't get me started with that) after about 43 min she realized she had hit a wall. Now I have to call Samsung to get my emails to work on my tablet and phone. Works on my laptop at least. There's a small part of me that's actually happy to call Samsung. Cause I thought I was just too stupid to figure it out.
It’s a scam
It’s a scam. I registered last week for a free trial for Microsoft 365 and it has been a nightmare trying to cancel. They claimed that they sent me a new Microsoft email. I never received it and that’s apparently the “only way to login and cancel.” When I called them, I caught the supervisor in a lie when he kept blaming me for not saving the information. I told him “how can I save something I never received?”
Then he told me that everyone who has signed up for the free trial has had the same issue and they need to request a support ticket. So basically, it’s a trap and a scam. So now I have to request a support ticket, which may take days or weeks for them to respond to cancel a FREE TRIAL? So asinine.
DO NOT sign up for any “free trial” with them. No wonder Apple has dominated them for years.

MICROSOFT STOLE $109.00 PLUS TAXES FROM ME
In November 2021 I purchased a new computer and loaded Microsoft 365 on a 30 day trial period. Before the trial period was up I returned the computer back to the supplier. I then made an effort to cancel the MS365 contract knowing that the payment would be processed on December 12, 2021. I was not able to do this since MS recorded the purchase under a MS account that I did not know I had and had never been used for 10 years.
Of course I ran into all kinds of roadblocks since the Dec 12 payment had been record by MICROSOFT in an unknown account. In late February 2022 a MS representative while on a chat realized I had another MS account and low and behold contained my MS 365 subscription paid for on Dec 12 2021. It now seemed like a refund is possible.
At that point of time I took the necessary steps to delete the MS account that caused all these problems. The account was deleted by MS in early March 2022.
I am now told after numerous chat contacts with MS 365 over 120 plus days they cannot refund the payment because the account has been deleted. Wow the payment was in the wrong account because of a MS error when the payment was made.
VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
