I spent over 24 hours troubleshooting an issue with my Microsoft 365 Family subscription, and it was one of the most frustrating support experiences I've ever had. I was passed between multiple agents, had to repeat my situation over and over, and still didn’t get a clear resolution for far too long. For a company as big as Microsoft, I expected much better coordination and efficiency.
While a few of the reps were polite and tried to help, the overall process felt disorganized and exhausting. Something that should have taken maybe an hour dragged on across multiple days. If Microsoft wants people to trust their subscription services—especially ones involving family sharing—they really need to improve their support systems.

Den siger at jeg ikke har abonnement selvom at det er betalt og hævet på min konto. Det hjalp en enkelt gang at logge ud og logge ind igen, men virker ikke længere.
Kundeservice er "ikke eksisterende", da alt virker til at være bots og ai, og ingen af svarende hjælper på lige præcis dette problem.
Selve softwarepakken er ellers meget spændende, men nu har jeg travet rundt i dette problem et par måneder uden at kunne finde en løsning på det, så derfor kigger jeg selvfølgelig efter andre office-pakke løsninger.
OneDrive stopped working
OneDrive stopped working, even though subscription is paid and valid, I keep getting renewal and payment popups. Invites not send or not recognized. Server slow or not functioning at all. Total mess!
Microsoft 365 and OneDrive - Can't sign-in and loses files
I have been trying to get access to Microsoft 365 for days. MS servers do not send out access codes.
OneDrive has lost my files from 2 months ago.
Customer support that does not provide solutions.
Time to move on to software that works I think.

Lo tenía el Familiar pero mi empresa de telecomunicaciones me lo ofrece gratis pero resulta que me dan una sola licencia y un correo nuevo, perdería lo anterior, trato de renovar la licencia pero no sé cómo se lía la cosa me cobran un año por empresa es un jaleo cancelar más jaleo comunicarte con un agente de Microsoft al final consigo dar de baja en el periodo de prueba y después de una semana nada no me devuelven el dinero unos liantes de aúpa y tampoco puedo hacer un volcado de datos a un disco duro y me harán perder todos los datos de la nube de momento no puedo ni enviar correos.
ASÍ SE GANA DINERO SIN ATENDER AL CLIENTE!!!

Impossible to speak to a human
When something goes wrong, and it does all the time, you cannot get thorough to anyone. The phone just runs you round and round in circles, asking you for the same information and directing you to an online area which you can't open. It's ridiculous, there is a total lack of customer service.

security is so incredibly complicated and has left our business so very vulnerable.
All w would prefer to do is password protect certain files and folders so that not all users can access but say you have to do a very strange and complicated action in Sharepoint that nobody can follow
Our business is hard enough on its own and we don't have loads of time to become Microsoft experts as we just want to use it but alas this isn't possible without many weeks of training
You need general everyday people to help design your products or you will lose so many due to such an unhelpful product

Since joining and paying for Microsoft 365 my life is a total misery I'm constantly bombarded with hundreds of spam/junk emails that can't be blocked they can flag themselves in my inbox I have tried everything that Microsoft suggests and they still keep coming I've had to transfer everything over to Gmail where I never have any of these problems outlook the part
365 have made my life a miserable 😖 they come in the night they come with email addresses that are obviously not correct as you can see slight changes that have been made in order to get through. Whilst I love all the other aspects of 365 i.e. word PowerPoint etc outlook has absolutely no protection from spammers and Microsoft don't seem to care. They send feedback questionnaires and every time I've written exactly what is happening within my inbox, it's very frightening that spammers can flag their emails in your own inbox. They appear at night and all throughout the day. As soon as I have all my documents from Microsoft I will shutting Microsoft down no matter how much I like having word etc, the misery it has caused just isn't worth it I would rather be without than have the fear of what can happen if I accidentally click on the wrong thing. Date of experience is from 2022 until present day
One star is too many
Of course, a one star rating is one too many. Alas, the system defaults to a minimum of one star which is way too many. I am an expert in software development (by qualification and experience) and am dismayed by how bad this software is. Possibly the worst mainstream I have used in 40 years. When I first started using it there were actual spelling mistakes in it that weren't corrected for months. There are so many bugs it is beyond despair. Simply terrible and with useless help and almost zero support. I wouldn't use it all if had a choice.

When I mistakenly joined up to Microsoft 365, I immediately lost 20 years of contacts and my file organization. Help & Support was useless. I will be paying for this mistake for the rest of my life.
Microsoft Site Prevents Subscription Plan Changes
I wanted to change my microsoft 365 subscription from family to personal. Microsoft website under manage this subscription does not have any options to perform this feature. The site is rather aggressive in only offering you the option to turn on auto-renew before your subscription ends. I should not have to chat with a bot to opt for a different subscription option.
Time wasted on inferior product
I'm using Microsoft 365 online as I normally use Apple. I need to edit a manuscript - and suddenly every single word of 120000 is flagged as wrong. This so called service is a disaster. I was wondering whether it might be worth it to upgrade to the very expensive subscription but not after this. Worst experience ever and zero help how to fix it anywhere. I will stay very far away from anything Microsoft after this and find a different way of editing in the future.

Microsoft 365 is the most overrated…
Microsoft 365 is the most overrated software on the market. It has constant bugs interrupting daily work, the UX experience is horrible and messy, it takes ages to find anything, and if you try to get support, there is none.
I've recently been looking for an answer as to why some of my incoming work emails in outlook just dissappear for a couple of days from time to time. But their inpenetrable customer support (which is basically, sort trough 10000 articles and try to help yourself) put an end to that. Still no answer or solution.
With all the money in the company they could certainly do better than this. Be aware, they choose not to.

Downloaded and paid for ms 365 because my perpetual licence was no longer supported i.e. it stopped working. I've not been able to print from any software since downloading, and I keep getting "word is not responding". Absolutely no response from MS, and no simple language advice on the website.
