I’ve ordered from Elle multiple times now and her clothes are genuinely some of my favourites i now own the leggings are insane quality and super thick especially when your only paying £22. Ordered a lounge set and that was super soft and amazing quality too elle store is now one of my favourites i want everything on her store i ordered ones and now i can’t stop i highly recommend if you want good quality lounge wear. Her shipping is so fast aswell. Elle is one of the sweetest humans too i always watch her lives shes always giving back to the people who support her business which is so amazing highly recommend this store don’t listen to the bad reviews her and her store are amazing!!

I had purchased many times here, however the quality is so poor for the price. I spent £30 on a set and not even worn it once other than trying on then the seem just ripped however all she could offer is a £5 gift card then £10, waste of money, so disappointed.

I’ve ordered so many times, great service and great communication too. (Had email replies at midnight) Such a fun energy from the company!! And the clothes are great too, my favourite are the shirt and shorts sets, prefect for holidays, and the scrunch bum leggings 😍

Everything I’ve ordered has been great! The unitards and jumpsuits are so nice! Lucky dips have always been great!

Wish I’d seen reviews before ordering! Like everyone else I saw the instagram advert for the £10 lucky dip, so I assumed you had to get one of the items in the post, as it didn’t state otherwise. I’ve received a pair of ribbed leggings that certainly isn’t worth what I paid, I’m gutted! Major false marketing here

Having read the reviews previously, I took the risk and ordered 2 lucky dips as I have ordered from Ella previously and was happy with my purchase. I received a pair of leggings and a unitard. The leggings came in a size m/l despite ordering a size small in the lucky dip however I cannot fault as they are small but stretch very well so fit me regardless. Would I buy these 2 items of my own choice from the website? No. However I will wear them, I like them and I do think they are good quality. Overall I can’t fault the lucky dips. They are £10 and like the title say they are lucky. Some people will get better things, whilst others might get something they don’t like. 💓

Honesty don’t know how people don’t get on to this business! Every time lucky dips are launched there is so many people complaining that they have received rubbish that isn’t even for sale on the shop! The lucky dips are clearly used to offload cheap tat but still people order and think they are going to get stuff she shows on videos!! People need to wake up no idea how trading standards haven’t got on to this one!
Her clothing can be found on any cheap website or market stall for half the price too!

Bought lucky dips and received hoodies every time that were not sold online and one of which smelt mouldy like it had been in storage a while. Also none of the clothing was branded with Ellesbelles

Order some leggings from here in shade mocha little see through but okay to lounge about it and look nice on.

Bought the grey fold over lounge set and it ripped within an hour of wearing it- awful quality. When I contacted her about this she wouldn’t give me a refund. Also purchased the crop trench coat and it was so thin and looked so so cheap and rubbish.

To anyone wanting to buy her trench coats they’re from Ali express for £10. Save ya pennies girlies !!!

I bought a dress from her website that on the picture she uploaded it came up to her ankles but on me it was trailing along the floor. I ordered the same size as her and I'm also taller than her so it doesn't make any sense. I've had to cut off the bottom about 5 inches.

Really wanted to like this brand but the quality is shocking. Please don’t waste your money!

Ordered on freebie Friday and placed 3 separate orders and two of the parcels had a free item in one was black joggers and the other was a pair of sainsbury trousers that had clearly been worn and has never been sold on the website. I contact via the form about the 3rd parcel having nothing in and received emails back stating a hoodie was sent and I must have opened the parcel. Not to mention the clothes I had paid £100 for had arrived with threads hanging off and very see through clothes . Would not recommended ordering from this company as the clothes are shocking quality and customer service is very poor.

Sizing isn’t the best for bigger sizes says that it will fit certain size but it doesn’t

I’ve ordered a few times. 4 times during the lucky dip sale and I was 50:50 on the things I received but it was a lucky dip so can’t complain. Ordered again on freebie Friday and all items I ordered came as described. The sizing can be a little off. I got the playsuit in a 12-16 and I’m a bigger 16 and it’s slightly too small. I also go the shorts and bra set, the shorts fit great but the top didn’t. But still happy with the purchases.

A great business idea which is unfortunately poorly executed. It's such a great idea to do these lucky dips, gets people interested and the idea of receiving something worth more than you're paying for is wonderful, unfortunately this is just not the case and when I had issues with my order the customer service was very poor. I purchased two lucky dips and unfortunately only received 1 item, the item i received was a hoodie which i would say is not worth more than £5, the quality is just not there with it (thin material and feels cheap) but I do accept that this is the risk you take and can just wear it around the house. I used the contact form to email the company (use this as they don't answer messages on instagram unless you are leaving a positive post) and explained the issue and asked for a refund for just the missing item, the response I got was that the weight of the package sent suggests that there were two items posted... I find this rude and unprofessional to accuse me of lying, and over a £10 item at that! Communication seems to have now stopped after I offered to weigh the jumper i did receive to compare it against the package weight :/.

Overall I have had a negative experience with this company and have effectively paid £20 for what is a very cheap hoodie, disappointing but you live and learn and I won't be ordering from here again.

As a final note I feel that Ella needs to focus on customer service a bit more, it is evident from the reviews on here and comments on her posts that there are some very disgruntled customers and the issues are not being addressed, all whilst the focus seems to be only on drawing in new customers. Word of mouth goes a long long way, look after the customers you already have.

Brought 2 of the £10 lucky dips, choosing the option for size 12-16 (I’m a 12-14)
I received a pair of scrunch bum leggings and a crop top. Wore the leggings once they got a massive hole in them and stitching started to come loose in the other side. When I reached out to the company I was told unless the item had tags in and was unworn I couldn’t get a refund despite the item being faulty. I hadn’t actually asked for a refund I just wanted to give her some feedback as she claims to design all the items but they are obviously made very poorly. I won’t bother again she clearly needs to learn a bit more about running a business.
