Imagine buying a pair of jeans off another boutique, saying you loved the jeans etc to then look up the codes to then sells the exact same jeans Ella brought (£25) from this boutique for £10 more 🤡 and saying on her lives how she don’t care and doesn’t think she’s done anything wrong 💀

Sent me the wrong product emailed regarding this with pictures and said I wasn’t able to return and get a refund

This lady likes to pretend to support small businesses by buying them out of their stock to sell on her own website, leaving small businesses unable to make their original sales. Quite a disgraceful “boutique” if that’s what she wants to call it.

I really wanted to like this brand, given it’s a small business and Ella seems lovely however the quality is genuinely poor. The sizing is also ridiculous and the dress I bought is ridiculously short that the dress is indecent - I even sized up thinking it could be an issue in the smaller size . I’d suggest avoiding unless they have a serious rethink or your below 5 foot in height!

Requested a return over a week ago, had no response what so ever regarding the return so I am stuck with £55 worth of clothing that is either see through or doesn’t fit according the size guides she adds

I ordered during a promotion on Instagram where you’d get a freebie if you ordered within the hour of purchase. Without warning or explanation my order has been cancelled and I’ve not been issued an update on my refund. Would avoid buying from here until the customer service has a vast improvement and the marketing and promotional events actually go ahead as they promote them.

Made a first order with this boutique, the total of the order was 38.99 which included 3.99 postage. This item didn’t look like how it did in the pictures so I returned this item. I requested a return which then had a cost me an extra 3.99 to return? This is very disappointing as I had to pay for return postage which is outrages, therefore I was only refunded 31.00!!!

Avoid this company. The sizing is ridiculous and the quality is awful. it looks all lovely when it’s all shown on her instagram. When it comes to contacting them for customer service about it. they are rude, blunt and dismissive.
As for the lucky dip, they are definitely far from lucky!
I got a cheap market dress that I’ve never seen on her website or instagram. a gym set that wouldn’t even fit my 8 year old niece (even though I ordered M/L) awful. The lucky dip is a con. Avoid! Don’t waste your money or time

I placed an order and they have lost the order via sending with Royal Mail, been chasing over a month with them for a replacement, refund or something as I’ve never got my order I’ve then just been told it’s the couriers fault and I’m at a loss. NEVER ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY unless you want your money taken!

I’ve ordered a lucky dip from her website on three separate occasions and I’ve always ended up with leather leggings. She always advertises the lucky dips to be from her newest collection so why I keep getting leather leggings that aren’t part of her new collection is beyond me. I also recently purchased when “every order wins a giveaway”. I ordered some joggers which had a hole in on of the pockets and a pink jumper that’s not even part of her website. The sizing on her items are shocking. I brought a gym set (M/L which is meant to be 12-16) and the tshirt was probably big enough to fit a 10 year old child. Absolutely disappointed!

Purchased a product and it arrived with a hole in the seam so couldn’t wear them. After contacting them they said they wouldn’t offer me a refund. After many backwards and forwards and speaking to a manager whose responses were extremely rude, they still won’t offer me a refund and are ignoring my emails. Please save your money and don’t buy from them

Please don't buy from this girl. If you research her, most of her stock is from shein!!! I ordered last year a lucky dip and got a bodysuit that was shocking quality for £10, wouldn't pay £1 for it.

How are they trading!
My daughter ordered an item by mistake at the time of ordering she tried to cancel her order. She got a rude reply back saying they would not cancel her order. She would have to return it once she received it. They did not disclose to her at that point that she would have to pay for her postage for receiving her item and then she would also have to pay for the postage to send the item back. This is also after they’ve reviewed whether she is entitled to send the item back. When we received the item we opened it to see if there is any return labels within the parcel and to see what the item was like. The item was terrible quality. There was a mark on the item. The stitching was awful and it had a horrible smell.
This business and its customer service must be run be a very selfish greedy person who does not care about their customers only about the money they can fleece from them.
At this point, we’re just going to call it a loss rather than have to deal any more with this company. After reading everyone else’s reviews, the return is just not going to be worth the time with the amount of money we’re gonna lose with the postage cost being deducted. They should be ashamed of how they conduct themselves.

I went to purchase a lucky bag but thought I check the reviews, wow how are still trading and where do you get the crap you sent out ! You ignore or if you do speak to customers you are. Rude!! £10 is lot of money especially at the moment, young girls purchase who have saved up or treated mum and dad. The stuff that you “designed “ is on tick tock but yes ok you design it. If you acknowledged the issues from over 3 years ago then you could actually have a successful business which would’ve brilliant but no you continue to con people.
Sort your 🤬 out , business make mistakes it’s the normality otherwise your going to loose everything and your 700k home

I have ordered 2 items from EllesBelles. The first was a blue bodysuit. I then received an email a few days later to say my order had been cancelled. When I enquired about this, I was sent a brief and rude reply to say it was out of stock.
After seeing a tiktok live showing the playsuit, I decided to give it another go as it seemed like a nice holiday outfit, but again I'm so disappointed. The material is clearly the cheapest option and it just doesn't sit right at all. On top of this I now have to pay £4 to return it.
Save yourself the money and hassle, do not order from this business!

I was made to feel relaxed and special staff was so attentive really honest I felt she new how I was feeling when I went in by the time I was leaving I felt so good and happy that I got all my wedding outfit in one day and in the one shop. made it a enjoyable shop .

I can see where most of the reviews come from!
I was sucked in through tiktok live and you start buying to win the giveaways or freebies. I have to say I have received the joggers, I ordered 2 pairs and they have lasted me really well and not ripped or anything!
Although every single other item i’ve ordered had ripped or thread has come out of the seams after one wash. This is the leggings, cardigan and coat.
I also ordered some lucky dips with a size large and received a summer set that definitely was not a large

DO NOT BUY! ordered 3 lucky dips which were supposed to be ‘one outfit for £10’. Now i received a scabby crochet top which was ABSOLUTELY not worth £10 (and not to mention isnt an outfit either), a cardigan which was definitely not worth £10 and also not an ‘outfit’ and a thin, see through dress which was also definitely NOT worth £10. Now when my items arrived not only was i very unhappy with my items as they were 100% NOT worth £33.99, they didnt fit at all. I contacted ellsbelles to request a return/refund to which she replied and i felt she was quite rude from the start and extremely unhelpful so now i have wasted £33.99 and left with clothes i can never wear. Go elsewhere and get your moneys worth. Dont make the mistake i did!
