I ordered a pair of her cargo trousers, loved them! Wore them twice, then the thread in the waist all came out which made the drawstring in the waist unable to be used. Emailed the company for assistance and was advised as 28 days has passed it’s outside the returns policy and they won’t do anything! I’d understand if it was a return/refund. But it’s a faulty item after two wears… unacceptable and shocking customer service! Ella could benefit from some professional customer service courses. Her poor reviews reflect not only the poor quality clothing but also the poor customer service. Theres a reason she literally gives clothes away. Won’t be wasting my money again.

I’ve ordered many time off of this site and have even won item on the TikTok live give away. I have ordered some of the lucky dips and did receive things on occasion I personally wouldn’t have ordered but all orders have been true to size and I’ve styled them to make them work with outfits. I will order from here again including trying to win on the love and order from the lucky dips. I’ve gotten some real bargains on the lucky dips too!

Ordered a lucky dip. I received a beige hoody which is fine, seemed okay until I went to put it on. The hoody is tiny, sizing is massively off. I ordered a L, it had no stretch in it like a normal hoody, it barely went on. I wouldn’t order again or recommend.

Awful customer service from this company. I ordered a jumper and leggings set, the leggings are see though but wasn’t too fussed as the jumper was long and I purchased as a comfortable airport outfit. After 3 hours of wearing all the stiching came loose on the crutch area of the leggings and created 3 holes!! Great when travelling and can’t change…no!! Emailed customer services asking to return only to be told I can’t because I have worn!! So buying an items that is clearly not fit for purpose is apparently ok from this company! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! SHOCKING! BAD QUALITY!!

Both leggings ripped within one day of wearing. Awful quality. Can’t return once tags removed so left £30 out of pocket for china crap that’s cheaper on Shein. SOOO many people saying the same on TikTok and she refuses to deal with it just ignore you and hope you’ll go away.

£10 lucky dip. My item is a thin cuffed jumpsuit. An item not even mentioned that you could get. Ella showed hoodies and tracksuits / lounge set etc . No size (its big) no labels. Very poor quality and waste of my money. Ella does not respond to emails. Would not recommend or purchase from again

Will never purchase from this place again the customer service is appalling no one ever responds and I purchased 2 lucky dips and she sent 2 of the same item!!! Passing on stock she cannot get rid off, clever! Scam in my eyes, it will all come out in the wash as people will clock on and hopefully stop ordering from you

I had read all the bad reviews prior to ordering and somehow the bubbly young woman on Instagram did not seem to match the description of the woman behind Ellsbelles brand multiple complaints and resistant to changing poor sized, poor quality items that are being marketed as lucky dip items.
I ordered a £10 lucky dip. What did I receive? A sweatshirt hoody Color grey in the size I ordered. Labels were inside the item.
Quality was good with no obvious faults. Am I in love with it - no I am not really a grey girl. Of course I would have loved a matching set or one of the higher value items. But I got a good quality item that was a £10 lucky dip. Would I now order again. Yes 100%.

Ordered 3 lucky dips and the clothes are really nice but the sizing is really off and I really think that it should be made clear that they are small made.

This brand is disgraceful. She is tricking young girls into her lucky dips and the quality of the clothing is awful!! She doesn't explain that you have to pay for delivery only says '£10 lucky dip'!! The quality is not good and she is only getting rid of the stuff that isn't selling to make more money! Shocking

Terrible Terrible company, bought a lucky dip (£20) may I add and I received a pair of leggings which were see through and cheap quality body suit which wasn’t even on the website anymore. Tried to contact customer support and go nothing back. I ordered cardigan not long before and they weren’t bad until after a week where all the thread starting coming apart. DO NOT ORDER

I ordered 3 of them and received items that I found on Aliexpress for about 40p each. Ordered previously and had a nice top but the leggings were broken with loose threads.

Using unsellable stock and putting them in lucky dips! The products are cheap, bad quality.

Ordered a £10 lucky dip and received a top that is definitely way smaller than the size I ordered and the quality is dreadful! Not worth any where near £10. Ella advertises that you can receive any item from her website but everyone seems to have received either the same top or bad quality leggings? Seems like she only gives the nice items when she packs orders on TikTok live. Very misleading and wrong of Ella to take peoples money knowing she is just scamming them…the tops most people received are probs worth £2 from shein max! DEFINITELY AVOID!!!

False advertising AND just a con which isn’t nice nor fair and is so wrong 😑 it is poor business practice
I like Ella as she appears genuine but she needs to address this issue as like me I’ve just wasted £20 ( 2 lucky dips ) on cheap rubbish!!! Could have bought better for half the price in primary !!!!

I got a lucky dip for £10, I understand that it’s a random pick but she sent me a top that was too small, no size tags. She refused to change the size of it stating “The size ordered will be the size sent to you” clearly not if the top fits my 9 year old.

Poor quality item with no care label or even sizing labels, I chose a 12-16 feeling assured that the item would fit as I am at the lower end of the bracket...I received a long sleeve white crop top that even a size 6 would struggle to put on! What's worse is this is half a lounge set that she sells as a set and I've seen her pack into orders together on live for the lucky dips?
Never ever again. Please keep your money people.

Advertised a £10 lucky dip in one of her videos she said that you can size down the material is that stretchy but I still sized up 1 just in case when I tell you the top that was sent was so small I couldn’t even get my arms in it the material is cheap and no actual size on the top disgraceful

Ordered an item from the £10 lucky dip, got a longe sleeve full length beige top. See through, no tags, and strings hanging off, could get better from primark for half the price considering I payed £3 postage as well.
