I like Trinny products but their customer service is enough to turn you off
I like Trinny products but their customer service is awful. there is a sense of complancency in the responses. The customer service people seem to forget who pays their wages, people like me who buy the products. I have probably spent over £1,000 a year on products and when I made a mistake in ordering the wrong size product refill there was no mercy and a very patronising response to me asking for some help. I won't spend one penny more with them knowing the engine that is behind the products. I've recommended them to friends who have since bought and spent what I have but no more, if you don't value your customers you won't be on top for long.

A big shout out to the team at Trinny London - not only do they have great products but their service is exceptional ! We don’t have access to a store in New Zealand but a photo sent through to the online team (Beth) and she was able to advise on what colour BBF - all day would suit my skin - now that’s what I call exceptional service. I ordered two products at the time of the BBF free offer, but I couldn’t get the gift code to register with my order. When I received the final email for the offer, I contacted customer services, also mentioning that I still hadn’t received my order 18 days later.
Lauren arranged for a new order to be sent, and included a free BBF as a goodwill gesture. Her responses were prompt and friendly, and sorted the problem.
I’ve been a Trinny customer for almost four years and continue to be impressed with their products, but I’m reassured to know their customer service is also excellent.
Face serum
I received the bb face serum really quickly, it felt so gorgeous on my skin and smelt great too, but the colour was a bit light, they sent me the next shade within a few days and didn't even want me to return the old one! How nice!
It makes my skin so velvety and has given me a bit more confidence as it takes a few years off me!
Because I'm so pleased with it,I'm sharing the lighter one with friends and I'm sure that they'll be buying some too!

The service at Trinny is superb ! Sales excellent and Their customer service is second to none !! They respond so quickly and kindly and helped sort my problem with a delivery immediately ! Kind and so polite and helpful all the way ! 5 star service !

I recently purchased the Elevate Neck Cream and contacted the company with a query about the product. I would like to sincerely commend the customer care team for their prompt response and the care, attention, and support I received. Their service exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend Trinny London, and I have the utmost confidence in both their products and their customer service team. Although this was my first purchase, I felt genuinely valued and well supported, and I will certainly be exploring more of their products in the future.

I contacted customer service because I had an issue with the cylinder for the elevator product
I contacted customer service because the cylinder on my elevator product was no longer working to move it up and down and I was hoping to be able to purchase just the cylinder as I already had a supply of refills. They answered me very promptly and got the information and product number they needed to pass it along to the production department. Then they agreed to send me a complete cylinder with product! I was thrilled with how quickly they responded and that they were going to send me a new product free of charge. A wonderful experience and also love the products!

Mitra in the TLC team is wonderful - the service at TL is exceptional, many thanks for looking after me so quickly with my query Mitra. Within 24 hours my query was acknowledged, answered & acted upon with care and kindness & a replacement product arrived via express post. Exceptional service considering I live in regional Queensland (2,000km from my nearest TL store!). I greatly appreciate your wonderful service and products! Visited, Trinny London, in John Lewis West Quay at the weekend. I was served by a lovely gentleman, who completed a make over with me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleased with products I purchased. This was the first time I had tried any Trinny products, I am converted from my previous brand.

5 star products and 5 star service
I have been buying Trinny London products - both make up and skincare - for over 3 years now and cannot rate the product highly enough. I am in my late 50s and have never found better. The customer service is also 5* - real human beings who deal with any issues politely and swiftly. Sets the company apart in a world of bots and AI.

A brilliant experience with Trinny London Customer Service.
My parcel didn’t contain the items I’d ordered (9th April). I got in touch and Steff dealt with the issue very speedily.
Hence DPD delivered my missing items today, 11th April.

Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money. It has not made any difference at all to the appearance of my skin and pores. Just sat very stickily on my skin and cannot put make up over it either. Have used a few blur products and not many live up to the hype and this is just another one that I am disappointed with

Response to query was helpful, and useful as well as personable. It equally needed follow through which was carried out as promised - excellent customer service.

You are taken care of!
Trinity provides excellent skincare products. As they don’t have a store in Switzerland, I order the products online. As it is an international order outside the EU, things can sometimes go wrong. However, the customer service team is always helpful and ensures that you receive your products on time. I have always received timely responses when contacting customer services via email. This gives me the confidence to order more products online.

TRINNY NECK CREAM DOESN'T WORK
Spent £70 on a neck cream that doesn't work, ive used the whole bottle am and pm and no change, when I complained to customer services I was told can take up to 12wks, Im not buying anymore. What I dont understand in the UK is if I bought a pair of jeans not fit for purpose you get a refund but never skincare.
