Ordered a pair of her grey jeans however when they arrived they weren’t even her brand of jeans even though she advertises on her tiktok that they have her tag in. They weren’t ultra stretchy infact they were super tight on my legs and flared at the bottom due to poor design and make. I have also contacted the team multiple times and tried to speak to someone on tiktok live regarding a sizing concern of a lounge set I ordered, just to get ignored constantly and blocked from the live as soon as I expressed my issue. The seller does not sell good quality clothes for the price she sells them at, she also clearly doesn’t want bad reviews on her social media’s as she removes everything negative! Don’t trust it!

Avoid this shop bad clothes that don’t fit !!!!
She puts on a good show then you order and the clothes aren’t as advertised and she won’t refund the postage to return when it’s not your fault. The m/L size 12/14 top I ordered even though I’m a size 10 wouldn’t go over my head!!! The lucky dips are a con she gives you stuff she doesn’t even advertise- I’m sure she buys in cheap stuff just to put in them!!
Don’t waste your money !! Reported to trading standards so if you have a similar experience report too as they’ve told me they will investigate so that more people aren’t being ripped off by this company

very poor, fake advertisement - the girl advertises different things on live to what she sends out in packages. she doesn’t address any issues and ignores any comments which are asking for customer service support

I placed an order of the viral jeans that everybody on TikTok was selling. I bought them from ellsbells boutique as she was the only one with stock… I should have known why. When I received them they was advertised with a completely different picture and style of jeans. I then had to return and lost £8 in delivery and return fees absolutely ridiculous. As well as she was selling the jeans for a lot higher price that everybody else considering there from the same supplier. Over a £10 price difference, wouldn’t recommend

I ordered a lucky dip under the impression as she herself stated that it was autumn wear on a live lucky dip . So I gave her the benefit of the doubt and ordered . She even fished for people who were sceptical about ordering to order and go on a lucky dip wheel to get what they wanted so I thought ok she is genuine . To then receiving a week later a pair of shorts that were meant to be a size 14 and in and that looked like it had come from Temu to which I now believe they have after finding them on their for £4 to not even fit over one of my legs . I shall never ever order from this retailer again she fills everyone with false hope and sends them old stock that isn’t worth a toffee

Awful, I've ordered a luck dip I've been given 2 dresses. One that doesn't cover my backside it's that short and is made from poor quality material and the other that is see-through and made again from poor quality material. I've requested to return and provided my details but have recieved no response. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered a £10 lucky dip which she was advertising on her TikTok. From what I’d seen I was looking forward to receiving this as she was advertising autumn / winter clothing such as coats and tracksuits. I received a horrible dress, which may I add she has never advertised!! It was not included in the lucky dip bundle that she advertised!!! Sizing is terrible, I wouldn’t give this dress to my worst enemy. Do not waste your money or time.

ordered a lucky dip.
i’ve ordered before and received something i actually liked and was part of her collection, ordered on her most recent lucky dip and got shorts! SHORTS it’s nearly October! they weren’t even advertised on the collection for this lucky dip! was meant to receive a nice autumn outfit but instead was met with shorts. i ordered a M/L as her sizings can be quite
iffy , these wouldn’t even fit a 5 year old! appalling

Please do not order from here.
I bought 5 lucky dips after seeing some very strategic advertising on instagram.
I emailed to cancel after 20 minutes of placing the order as I had started reading these reviews.
The first emails came back the same evening saying you had to go through the contact us form. The next evening after filling in the contact us form I got a response stating my order cannot be cancelled but returned apart from the lucky dips which are non refundable.
Parcel arrived today all summer and sale stuff - not one single item that was implied on the selling streams was in the order - not one single one. I’m a size 12 & went for the medium large sizes to be on the safe side. They are very much tight & awfully sized. The combat pants - wow I’ve seen 10 year old tea towels with thicker material than those & you must have to be at least 6ft tall to wear them. I paid with a Barclay card so will be going down the route of a charge back & I will be contacting trading standards. I notice today as well that all the videos associated with her packing the lucky dips & stood in front of the rail of clothes have been taken down.

The reviews speak for itself tbh.
I have ordered a few”£10 lucky dip items” that she advertises on her socials. The picture on the website also leads you to believe you will receive something out of that.
What I received was a dress not worth a quid and the sizing of it was shocking.
I’m also appalled by their rude customer service and none existent compassion for their customers.
I am so so surprised that no body has taken this company to the cleaners because I am pretty sure they would win with the evidence over the website. Needs shutting down!

I didn’t even want to give the 1 star doesn’t even deserve that! I ordered 10 lucky dips as I thought I was going to receive some autumn / winter stuff that she was advertising on her LIVE but nope not even one! I got all summer stuff that didn’t sell and don’t even get me started on the sizes. Complete waste of money! Don’t waste your money like I did NO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Oh and the customer service? Non existent! Never again! How can she sleep at night knowing she’s conned people …

Saw her advertising winter track suits and boby warmers included in the £10 lucky dip. So bought one .......arrived today black shorts definitely not a medium to large as ordered. So disappointing as I'm left with shorts way to small . Will never buy off her again as my £10 lucky dips in the past have also been disappointing. You would think I would've learnt my mistake.

Bought 9 items in a lucky dip! Thinking that what she was packing on her live I would get at least one of those items! Very very disappointed with all 9 items definitely not worth the money. All summer bits, shorts are definitely not the correct sizing. I suppose it’s a great way to make money

Avoid at all costs complete scam artist! Don’t Get sucked in on her TikTok lives like I did spent £70 on lucky dips as she shows on her lives packing all the latest stock really nice stuff ! what I received was absolutely shocking! I Was going abroad with my three children so money were tight thought I would at least get an airport outfit that she was showing and saying ! Yeh right ! She must buy a big box of crap from a wholesaler and make thousands! Sending them out to us ! Can’t even sell the stuff on vinted! For £3 and i got 3 of the same that wouldn’t even fit my 5 year old i put the larger size to

Brought several items and they were all fantastic. I emailed a few times asking questions about items that I wanted to order but were out of stock and received emails straight back. Absolutely fantastic items highly recommend 😊

I ordered an off-the-shoulder loungewear set, I couldn’t find I anything similar anywhere else so I decided to buy it from here instead. The set looked amazing on the website, with a thick, high-quality material that looked like it was fitting and flattering. However, when it arrived, the fabric was much thinner than expected, see-through, and there were loose threads hanging inside the clothing. It looks a bit like pyjamas. The sizing was also inaccurate it was much larger than I expected and is not flattering at all. I paid £35 for this set, which feels really expensive considering how cheap it feels. I also reached out to inquire about the delivery timeframe and was told that she didn’t know when it would arrive, which felt really unprofessional. Such a shame because Ella seems like such a sweet girl but yeah after the reading all the bad reviews, unfortunately I have to agree with them.

Poor quality, non responsive for messages. Had to pay for return. The lucky dip is a scam. I ordered few things and all are very poor quality for the price. Lucky dip on the live are okay , when packed off the live shocking quality. Not worth the price.

The reviews speak for themselves, don't be fooled by their socials. Cheap quality, overpriced, customer service is shocking - I'll give you a piece of business advice, if you are treating customers this bad eventually you're reputation will be tarnished, clearly this business doesn't really care it's just a money grab.

Sent the wrong product, then after she replied to my email saying she would sent the correct product, went silent. Gave her a time grace. Emails have been ignored, as have fb messenger and insta messages. Stay clear. She does just enough to keep some customers happy to get social media credibility. I had to Google for the truth. Trading under Designedbyells when I bought from her.

Acts like the loveliest girl on tiktok and Instagram in reality her and her “staff” (her mother) are rude and ignorant. The quality of my orders are shocking, and to think she charges much more than other sellers for the same item. She’s rude, she packs a small handful of lucky dips on lives showing her latest most expensive items when in reality anyone else who doesn’t get their order packed on live gets the same see through leggings or a dress that she’s never advertised. How people still buy from her shocks me. Over priced, poor quality clothes that don’t fit half the time
