People need to read her reviews before ordering. Jeans cost me 35 plus shipping so 40 quid. Nothing like pics. Then only refunds me 31.01 so lost out on 9 quid as have to pay for shipping back even though already paid. Awful awful. Customer service is horrible and clothing quality is awful.do not purchase

First times ordered from ellsbelles wanted a surprise bag so i ordered a
surprice bag . The item arrived very quike. Couldn't believe I got a nice black puffer jacket I was well impresses so thanks Ells a very happy customer. 🤗

Emailed to return an items that I had received with pulls all over. I was told as it's knitwear it can happen easily. The item was brand new.
I have never received the returns label. I've even asked on her TikTok lives and been ignored! Awful company. Would not recommend at all

When are people going to stop buying from this con woman, personally never bought as I checked reviews, she changed the name of her “business” many times! She needs reporting

Ordered ‘super stretchy’ jeans in black in a medium. I’m usually a size 10 in jeans so when purchasing M 10-12 was assuming if anything they’d be slightly too big. Was I wrong!! They would not even go over my arse, felt like shein material and we’re not a size medium. I’ve seen so much false advertising of girls who are clearly a size 14 claiming to fit in a medium it’s disgusting !!! I also received free shipping when I purchased these jeans and upon requesting a refund was I think quite rudely, told I would have to cover the shipping that I had been previously given for free. This meant I had to lose out on 2 lots of £3.99 shipping fees and was only refunded £20. Paid £10 to try them on and be thoroughly disappointed. I have got Temu jeans of better quality. I’m utterly disappointed as I bought these purely to be able to eat out and not feel the need to undo my top button. If you have a look on her tiktok videos, the black jeans she shows have a silver button and then the ones she is modelling to advertise have a black button!!! 2 completely different sets of jeans. Do not be fooled by this false advertising… it’s hardly like the jeans are affordable at £35 anyway, better off buying them from other shops for an extra fiver odd and knowing what your getting.

Absolutely awful business, not sure how it’s still running. She constantly runs tiktok lives where she promotes completely different quality than she sends out, the clothes feel cheap and look nothing like advertised. She claims the lucky dips are certain items only so why when ordering multiple i got the same items each time? Luck of a draw… I don’t think so. She’s very calculative and knows exactly what she’s doing. Promotes clothes and lucky dips on her tiktok lives, packs the ‘best’ items on live and then coincidentally leaves the live each time she makes enough orders to pack the remainder where she proceeds to send out the most awful items that are not even listed on the websites. Not a coincidence all the reviews are bad, clearly everyone has the same experience and this is only the only space we can voice is as if anything is mentioned on her tiktok live, she ignored you or mutes you straight away. Absolutely vile service and wish less people were falling a victim of her brand and her greedy self. 1 star is already 1 too many for this business.

Item was returned by Royal Mail after I mistakenly put my old address, I asked for the item to be sent to my new address and they refused. I was then told I would receive a refund when they received the item back. They refunded me £16.01 of an order that cost me £23.99. Ey? Ok deduct the shipping of £3.99 so why deduct a further £3.99? Won’t be ordering again.

I ordered a vintage lucky dip and recived a jumper in which I ordered a small and when it arrived and I opened it, it was definitely oversized and fits some who is XXL. I was so looking forward to recieving this but disappointed that the sizing is not as expected. I have had no bad experience before, until this lucky dip (size small).

Honestly shocking!

Quality of the coat I ordered was nothing like the one she had on! It stunk of fish even after washing it. Honestly would never order from here again. Because it was non-refundable they’re doing nothing about it!

Ordered a pair of jeans, they didn’t fit me. I have tried returning them within the time frame specified but the returns portal wouldn’t allow me to. Have messaged her awful customer service team multiple times to try and get a refund and had no response. Would not buy from this brand ever again.

Poor customer service and even poorer items, clothes are not good quality, wrong size order went through and she was not helpful in attempting to rectify, told me to request for a refund when it arrived and then refused the refund

Ordered 4 lucky dips from Autumn/Winter collection that she was making out on Tiktok live that you could get a whole outfit such as a gilet, track suit, jumper and jeans. I thought it was too good to be true but fell for it when she supposedly packs a couple of orders on the live. I'm from Ireland so had to pay extra vat on it. I received a moca unitard, grey ribbed leggings, cheaply made kaki cargos and a grey jumper. I support any small business but this one I won't ever go near again. Lesson learned.

absolutely disgusted she is a con artist? how does she get away with it! i paid £10 for the 3 items i received a perthetic pair of leggings that i would even get on one leg? i am reporting her

I’ve read all the reviews on here, and warned potential buyers on ella’s tiktok video about people feeling ripped off with her clothes and to be careful. The comment i made got removed and I got blocked by her! Got 23 likes on the comment and comments too. Ella knows she is ripping people off, it’s absolutely awful that she is allowed to get away with this, no matter how nice she may seem. I fell for it, as have others. Please be careful!🥺

Ordered the “autumn” lucky dip. Stayed on the live for four hours to see her pack my order should have listened to the comments saying she packs false orders on live showing the good stuff. Well that’s true. Ordere 5 lucky tips £50 wasted! I got shorts and summer dresses which are awful cheap material not surprised she could sell this tack.

Order didn’t arrive and waited 4 weeks for an update to tell me my claim was rejected and now too late for my bank to sort!
Not the best customer service I’ve experienced now £80 down with no items and she was no help had to keep chasing it up and got no where won’t be ordering again

You’ll have an issue with refunds …
She charges for delivery and also to return
Despite my order having tracking and then showing with her… she ignored my emails

I eventually did a chargeback with my bank and then suddenly a month later she replies …

Perhaps she was hoping I wouldn’t check my bank statement?

Amex refunded me in full including shipping but she was just a nuisance

Don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews! Ordered her new stretch jeans and they are perfect I'm glad I didn’t size up because they are soo stretchy and feel like nothing when they’re on. If you’re a gym girlie you are missing out! I’ve never found jeans that fit this well😍

I found Ellsbelles boutique whilst on TikTok and I’m so happy I did! Her energy while on the lives is amazing and she really cares about her customers. I have purchased 4 round neck jumpers which are fabulous, super soft, look great with anything and the quality is excellent, I also got a mocha unitard, which I am really pleased with 🤩 I have never worn anything like this and took a chance, why not….so so happy, love it, I will be purchasing more colours. Really really pleased with all my stuff, can’t wait for more!! 💕 x

I ordered the grey & blue super stretch jeans & they are the best jeans ever! I hated wearing jeans until now, they are super comfy! true to size also😊 delivery was quick, I had no issues😊
