10 lucky dip !!

Have seen it advertised and always clothes and asks size etc , what I got was an awful bottle of cheap nasty perfume, I know clothes wise was a chance you take but no mention of be perfume and nit even a perfume on the website , appears lots of same issue and this girl needs to stop and be open about what you actually might get and I will definitely not be ordering anything from her shop again .I wish I had seen reviews earlier 🙈

Would give no stars but ain’t an option I ordered two £10 mystery bags to which I have not received elles at first responded to emails at the beginning to which she is now ignoring all emails the parcel has been lost in transit and will not respond even the Royal Mail have said that she needs to put in a missing parcel request as I’m not aloud and she is ignoring all contact SCAM PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING date ordered 2nd and still nothing

ordered a lucky dip but on the live this said it would be the newest stock, i got some random wide leg joggers. in fairness they’re ok but ashame as it was presented as new items she was showing on her live. unfortunately they stunk like smoke and im not being offered an exchange.

Ordered 2 £10 lucky dip after watch their video on tic tok saying autumn winter items , it showed jeans , body warmers , leisure items . What i got was a sleeveless bodysuit and a tiny bottle of their brand perfume, definitely not worth £20 . Sent an email asking if there was another parcel to come and was told no that was mu 2 parcels in 1 Seems a bit of a con as it said autumn winter and showed only clothes. Total waste of money will definitely avoid

Absolute joke. After ordering x3 lucky dips and it stating that it will be something from the website, I recieved a cheap perfume, a very thin jumper and a body suit all of which were not even listed on the website!!! I ordered size 12-16 and the jumper wouldn't even fit a size 12, same with the bodysuit they're both tiny.
They were packing Jeans and tracksuits on the live, clearly packing all the old and cheap stuff for everyone else. What a scam.

I ordered a coat from here recently, luckily it was only £20 as a bought it in the sale. However, although I am happy with the coat for the price, I really think people need to be careful using this site. This is because, firstly, this coat is cheap, I have seen the exact same coat on the TikTok shop for £10, a lady at my work in fact has one in a different colour. Secondly, after having it for a few weeks, the zip snapped off. Finally, the lining in the sleeve is completely wrong, every time I wear it, I have to twist it around.

I just think her products are very cheap but at premium prices, and available else where a lot cheaper!

Scam- ordered a lucky dip on the basis she said anything on the website… the item I received was a cheap pair of joggers you could get for £5 in primark. I emailed and she said they are on the website.. she added them up as sold out. The funny thing is that she didn’t even add the colour I received on the website haha. Complete joke and will never order again. Such a shame as I watch the lives and supported her business so much.

4 lucky dips ordered. None of the things I received were on her website. All extremely cheap and poor quality. Two items arrived faulty. One item came without a tag and the label had been cut out. Absolutely disgusting that the owner of the company is advertising the lucky dips as a great deal, when it’s just a scam. On her lives packing up lucky dips with good items, then clearly bags packed off camera is just a load of tat! Will not be ordering again.

Ordered a lucky dip in size meduim/large , after watching the lives on tik tok , and everyone getting jeans or tracksuits , dresses or button sets . What did I get? A small bottle of elles belles perfume , that comes in a low quality looking box and smells cheap . Not worth more than a few quid . I'm certain only the ones packed on live got a decent lucky dip and others not packed on live got this cheap perfume . Learnt my lesson

Ordered the lucky dip, was sent out a perfume, after checking the website there was no perfume anywhere on the website, proof was taken. I then received an email saying it was a product on her website and the item then suddenly appeared but as “sold out”. Then after some more lies she then tried to say there was no restock and the item disappears after it’s been sold out. If this was the case why would it go from not being on the website, to suddenly being on the website to then disappearing. Pure and utter scam and so unprofessional. The perfume could be from Poundland.

Don’t trust this site, lucky dip scam sent out a cheap rubbish item not what she advertised on tt videos, so disappointed and will never order from them again

Absolutely awful both times ive orderd ive got something completely odd sized and not even on her website when you try to get in touch she doesn’t answer awful buisness

I can safely say I will never order from this person ever again everything is one huge lie . makes out that you get all these amazing things in a lucky dip. but you don't get anything of the sort.

Lucky dip scam - don’t do it the reviews are right! They send out cheap, poor quality, see through rubbish that you cannot wear! Sizing is pot luck or very very wrong, I got an M/L and it fit my 9 year old!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!! Do not waste your money! No refund or exchange but it’s been over promised on all her videos of packaging others orders! Use shein for same quality and cheaper prices!

Awful company! Ordered a 2 piece joggers and bomber set. Worn the jogging bottoms once and they have torn at the seam and gone bitty after one wear. Contacted customer service and was advised as they are worn unable to return! Quality of item was disgraceful, do not order from this business!

I didn’t realise how bad of a company this was, they never reply to dm’s and block you from commenting on the lives. I sent a DM on 2nd January and have chased it up countless times with no reply or refund

This company is a scam, please listen to the bad reviews!!! On her lives she promises coats, jeans and all sorts for the lucky dips and even lets a few people choose theirs, however I think it’s one big act to get people to order, it’s mainly young girls as well that fall for these things, when I received my £10 lucky dip I requested a cardigan on her lives, to which she ignored and I ended up receiving a lollipop and some of the longest trousers I’ve ever seen and such awful quality. Impossible to return too. Beware of these lucky dips as I, myself have fallen a victim to them. She’ll promise you everything on her lives and then you’ll receive something from the back of her wardrobe!! I honestly think it’s just bulk buy junk.

I purchased two Winter Lucky Dips for £20 from Ellsbelles Boutique during a live sale. The host created the impression that the items would be good quality, seasonally appropriate, and potentially tailored to viewers’ preferences as she was asking certain people in the live show, what they would prefer in their lucky dips but personally I think this is all an act for the cameras and to make it look more appealing that you are going to actually get good quality items.

When my items arrived, I was disappointed with what I received. The package included a pair of shorts with visible signs of wear also ripped stretched button hole and a thin two-piece skirt and top set that looked like returns both of which I feel were not suitable for a winter-themed lucky dip.

Based on my experience, the items didn’t match the expectations set during the live sale, and I personally wouldn’t recommend purchasing the lucky dip offer. I was hoping for better quality and feel let down by the outcome. when I eventually got in contact with with them after numerous attempts by myself and no reply from them they stated to fill in the form online for return. knowing that I couldn’t return the lucky dips as they didn’t accept them back? Really don’t understand why they did this probably just to make a point which was quite rude. Lack of customer commitment on their part.

I ordered jeans of ella, and I received completely different jeans from a different company!!

Ordered a coat, smells of fish and it is to small. Arms are not long enough. So tried to return order. The note on my rejected return was it stated on ordering item is non refundable. It did NOT state this upon purchasing. WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT THIS COMPANY TO TAKE THE PISS OUT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!
