Ellington Pens Anmeldelser

My daughter gave me two. And I bought a third one. I love fountain pens. Used them in school and writing in my daily journals. Yes I use cursive. And I have other fountain pens but Ellington pens are so SMOOTH. Love them. And I just got a case for my three pens.

Fountain pens are part of my favorite things. The ads were always appealing. Finally, I couldn’t resist any longer. When the pen arrived it was everything good the ad listed. Then I starting using it. The ink flow was smooth and the pen was perfectly balanced.
The best thing is there is no ink leakage. No ink covered fingers. Reliable enough to keep anywhere and know there would no ink spillage on clothes or pocket. This is the pen I now use every day.

The prices are reasonable and I received my order quickly. I love the fountain pens and will refer my friends to your store.

I treated myself to two fountain pens, both of which I am very pleased with. They write smoothly and the ink flows well. I am thinking about buying a roller ball too.

I didn’t receive my order due to an empty envelope. I sent an email to customer service and also used the website contact form. I have not received a reply. I want my order refilled or a refund. The least you could do is respond. I also have commented on several Instagram posts.

I love Ellington pens. My grandfather made fountain pens in the 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s. I learned to write cursive using a fountain pen. Now with Ellington pens, I remember my grandfather and now my cursive handwriting looks great.

Nice pen. Seems to be good value

I did not receive the pen. I think it is waiting at customs - apparently an entry fee of 30 euros has to be paid, which I did not know. So so far I haven't paid, I haven't had any response from Ellington [I sent two or three emails]. So no I am not happy. Paying 54 euros for nothing is not really what I was looking for.

Very quick delivery, nicely packaged.
This is for a gift so it has not been tried as yet.
Nice size and weight is a great quality pen .
I would recommend and I will be purchasing more .

The pens are so smooth and balanced. Didn’t know what balanced was until i wrote in my Ellington journal with my Ellington fountain pen.

Received ved order and wasn’t happy with and contacted them multiple times to arrange return.
Haven’t recieved a reply to my emails and onsite contact forms. But have recieved multiple marketing emails to buy more even thought I have unsubscribed many times.

Good day,

My 3rd order arrived today and as usually it’s been opened by the customs folk I’m assuming here in Canada as I could not be bothered actually reading the tape this time lol.

I’m always happy with the products that I order and looking forward to putting the ink I just received in both of them.

I took the nib from the free pen you provided on order 2 and put it into my Stars and Stripes pen with the scratchy nip, after I dropped it (DUH ME lol) and it worked out fine. I’m used to getting just the nib in my others fountain pens (Lamy’s), I actually never saw the nib and barrel? (Terminology?) System prior to this but I like it just fine.

I am more than happy to share with others the quality and service that I receive from your company.

Regards

David

Hello,

While the packaging and "look" of these pens is impressive, the quality is disappointing.

I tried the purple Roller Ball. It felt too heavy in my hand, and the ink does not flow evenly on the page. The fountain pen also felt too heavy.

I sent an email to return my order, and am waiting on a response with return instructions.

Really happy with my pens, price is fair and shipping didn't take long at all.

The product is wonderful. Easy gliding nib no ink smear just a wonderful tool.

Ellington pens are definitely great but of my whole collection, they’re several others that are favorites for a variety of reasons.

The pen is heavy and seems durable but the ink feed is poor almost to the point that it is not useable. My extra fine nib is scratchy. Definitely not worth the money.

The pens themselves are nice quality fountain pens. However their next day delivery service is misleading. I made an order on Sunday and would have expected it by Tuesday however it arrived on a Thursday missing the deadline for a birthday id brought it for. The company did apologise for this and said they would refund me the delivery cost. Since then I have had radio silence and no refund, even having chased a few times. Customer service goes a long way and this has fallen short for me.

Very smooth pen! I changed to Ellington pens from another brand and the improvement was significant. No scratch ones using a medium nib. I did want to try a fine nib but that’s harder to get working, after using this for a while I’ll try again. Not really sure if fine nibs are just harder to get working with a fountain pen. The pen also has a satisfactory weight.
