I though for a while about purchasing wheels from China but always been hesitant. However I had heard excellent things about the Elite Drive II wheels and decided to take the plunge. I purchased a Disc and front 65D drive II wheelset, which they even supplied a large discount as a bundle! The service from them was excellent constant communication and tracking id for the shipment. The whole process took 3 weeks before I received the wheels. So pleased with this company and would definitely recommend them and the wheels.

Non posso che essere soddisfatto dalle Ruote Elitewheels elite 29er Gnax Xc acquistate preso il sito ufficiale elitewheels. È stato il mio primo acquisto di brand fuori Europa e devo ammettere che ho deciso di orientarmi su questo Marchio per via delle recensioni prevalentemente positive e per il fatto di avere un sito web chiaro. Ho scelto questo modello uscito da pochi mesi e per il momento si sta rivelando una grande ruota ad un prezzo davvero fuori dalla norma per il mercato europeo (600 euro in black friday con borsa ruote in omaggio). Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo considerando che a quel prezzo prendi ruote in alluminio di media gamma di brand blasonati. Peso di 1350g circa e una rigidità giusta per una mtb, rifinite in maniera ottima Elisa esteticamente che meccanicamente. per ora perfette e ovviamente ho potuto testarle su sentieri abbastanza sconnessi della mia zona in Italia prima di fare questa recensione, vediamo più avanti come si comporteranno. Unico neo è stata la spedizione che invece di un mese previsto ci hanno messo due mesi abbondanti ma credo che chi compra fuori Europa sappia che il tempo di spedizione è un po prolungato, tuttavia si sono scusati allegandomi un buono sconto per futuri acquisti. Non è stato un problema per me ma sicuramente c’erano dei ritardi per via di black friday e periodi natalizi

Purchased the Marvel 50D wheelset. They are stiff, roll smoothly and fast and most of all look great on the bike. The freehub sounds good without being obnoxiously loud.

My rim burst because I’d pumped the tyre up slightly above the maximum recommended pressure.

That was annoying, as it wasn’t covered by the warranty because the pressure was less than 1 bar over the limit.
I then got in touch with customer service, and they were brilliant.
They responded really quickly and handled the matter very fairly.
I sent everything back.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get a refund for the broken rim as it wasn’t covered by the warranty, but the refund for the rest was very fair.
I’d like to give a special thank you to Gavin Chou – that was a perfect service. Thank you!

The wheels have been on the bike for around 4 weeks. I’m still getting used to the wider rims, the tyre shape visually led me to try too little tyre pressure but after edging it back up to 17psi front and 20 psi rear for a 72kg rider I am getting on with them. The gloss surface on mine is a bit scratchy, I think that they will show wear after a while but that does not stop me from recommending them.

I ordered the Elite Marvel 50D II and I’m very satisfied so far. The wheels look excellent and feel very well-made and functional on the road.

I’ve already ridden a bit over 1,000 km with them, and the experience has been very positive. They feel fast, responsive, and stable.

If anything, I would say that the limiting factor right now is not the equipment but me as a rider — I still need to improve my performance to fully take advantage of the potential these carbon wheels offer.

Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and appreciate the quality of your product.

This is truly an elite quality wheelset. The Gnar XC is well built and made a huge difference in lap/segment times on my local rides. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with a bearing in the hub of the Gnar Trail PR model. After 2,500 km of use over the course of a year, one of the internal bearings was completely shot. I’m not sure what caused this premature failure, but once I reported it to customer service, they sent me a new hub, so in that regard, their service was excellent. I had never broken a bearing before, and since I’m quite careful with maintenance, I think the bearing’s quality wasn’t adequate for the intended use. The important thing is that EliteWheels honored the warranty perfectly, and that gives me great peace of mind.

After a few years of riding with alloy wheels, I bought a pair of Elitewheels Drive 50D II .They made huge increase in my speed! I usually was dropped in the group ride , but now I am dropping others . I feel like I am cheating :)
The wheels feel very responsive ,fast and comfortable.
The customer service was great too, I needed them to arrive before my race and they made it happen . Special thanks to Sunny for looking after me when purchased these wheels

I ordered the Elite Velo TT rear Disc and i’m very happy with the wheel. It also came with lots of freebies like water bottles and a pair of socks. The customer service of Elite is fantastic. All my emails and queries before and after my order were responded with thouroughly. Highly recommended product and service.

I received my Helix wheels and I was taken aback at how good they are. The quality is amazing and they spin like a dream, to top it off they even came with the tubeless valves already installed, first time I have seen this.
Elite Wheels will are now my choice going forward.

EliteWheels have proven themselves to be a “top tier” manufacturer of carbon fiber wheels and premium hubs. I have put their products through daily torture tests over the last several years. Let’s just say I am the proud owner of three different versions of their mountain bike wheel sets, each one for different disciplines and each one perform well beyond EliteWheels very reasonable price points. EliteWheels service after the initial sale is no less than world class. Thank you EliteWheels for your excellent products and superior customer service!

J'ai acheté une paire de 50 drive II en février sur le site d'elitewheels.
Les deux roues reçues présentaient un voile assez important, plus sur la roue arrière que sur l'avant, inacceptable pour un produit neuf.
J'ai pris contact avec le service client. Ils ont été assez réactifs, néanmoins il a été assez difficile de prouver que les roues étaient bien voilées (mesure par un outil très spécifique nécessaire).
Cependant à l'issue de cette mesure le service client a reconnu un défaut présent sur la roue arrière et doit (normalement) prendre en charge la réparation.
Je mets donc 3 étoiles car le produit vendu ne présente pas la qualité de fabrication attendue, mais le service client existe.

No dude en ningún momento en comprar ruedas de esta marca. Las de Mtb ya tienen 5 años y 0 problemas y carretera 3 años y un problema que la empresa soluciono al momento.
