I bought a 3d printer and numerous spools of filament from Elegoo. I love the printer (Centauri Carbon), I am new to 3d printing and this machine makes me look like an expert. The spools of filament have seemed to be of high quality and I have had no issues with them being tangled. Everything I've bought from Elegoo seems to be decent quality at very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend. I did have to use their customer service and they were very helpful and were able to rectify my issue.

Elegoo were offering some excellent discounts on printer parts so I took the opportunity to get some pieces for 5 of my printers, plus some PETG Glass Fiber. Shipping was extremely fast.

After i bought the Centauri Carbon I've been waiting for the multi material system but Elegoo does not seem honest. Seems like a scam. I am not keen to trust Elegoo with any product, not even a fillament roll, if this system turns out to be a scam... Even if it launches, it's kind of late now. Really considering selling the printer and buying a bamboo like I should have done.

I had ordered some filament for a special project due in about 6 weeks.
It has now been over 8 weeks and I have yet to receive my products. My money has been withdrawn and a shipping label has been made (according to the tracking info). But yet there is no further news than that. And very little word on why things are taking a long time too, only replies I get are “they have shipped” or “check the tracking”. I’d rate this place 0 stars but the minimum is 1 so here ya go. Thanks for nothin I guess. But big thanks to Amazon who at least fulfilled my order for me in a timely manner 🙄 they get the remainder of your stars

I have had my Centauri Carbon for a few months now, running nonstop. The print quality is fantastic and the speed is phenomenal. Prints that used to take over a day on my old bed slingers run during a single shift at work. I have had 2 print failures when I tried to remove the brim from a very tall, narrow and light file.

I love the elegoo Centurian carbon.
I have printed a ton of ideas and repairs from the printer. I would recommend this printer to anyone from beginner to advanced. If I would ask for anything on the centurion, I would like to add multiple filament to the printer.

I sent in problem. I did get some good suggestions but when those didn't work they asked me to do it all over again. It is like a loop with no results.

Customer support was helpful and polite. Buying from Elegoo has always been a pleasant experience and something I always look forward too. I love all the printers I have purchased from them.

Nell' ordine c'era indicato 1kg filo a 1€ in più con la stampante, come chiaramente indicato sul resoconto.
È la stampante doveva essere il modello nuovo.
Invece arrivata stampante vecchia e senza filo.

Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K!! Everything came just as I ordered it and in a timely manner. Additionally, it was well calibrated right out of the box. Prints are looking fantastic and I love the large build plate. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone interested in 3D printing, it is a good value.

For the past 2 or 3 years , Elegoo 3d printing filament or resin is the only brand of material I have bought. It just works well with all my 3d printers .
