Unboxed the Centauri Carbon and was printing within 30 minutes. So easy for an inexperienced 3D printer and a boomer like me. Would definitely recommend this printer for anyone looking to start this hobby.

LOVE the Elegoo Centauri Carbon Printer very much! The firmware has been terrible. Every update causes many more problems. It seems they need to hire someone to help with the Firmware updates. Other than that, this printer works Amazingly, especially at this price point.

So, here's the deal: Elegoo has a crazy wild shipping model. You might order 17 things and instead of packing that into 3 orders you'll get 12. With that said, you'll get all 17 things and they'll be in the condition advertised. And if that's my biggest gripe about a 3D Printer company, they're doing extremely well. Currently running filament, giving serious consideration to the Saturn because of how positive my Elegoo experience has been. Big fan.

Did exactly what I wanted but slightly finkiy to use but besides that it is a amazing product.

Both of my Neptune 3 printers have worked reliably for many months, and I couldn't be happier.
The Elegoo filaments print reliably and the silk PLA has a beautiful color and shine.

The purchase of my Centrui Carbon and spare print head went off without a hitch. Web site was straight forward and easy to navigate. Items were received as scheduled and a great user experience all around.

Elegoo was quick to respond to my email request and directed me to get what I needed. All was very smooth and I am very happy with the assistance.

Excellente expérience, j'ai acheté une SATURN 4 Ultra 12K, pour moi une des meilleures imprimantes 3D testées, si pas la meilleure. Les pièces imprimées sont d'une qualité irréprochable ! Tous les accessoires de la marque comme les stations Mercury de post traitement sont de la même qualité, irréprochable ! Le tout pour un prix raisonnable, que peut-on demander de plus.
Niveau imprimante résine, je n'en choisirais pas une autre !

Perfect prints right out of the box. It is also on par or better than some of the much more expensive options that we use at work.

Like many people I bought the Elegoo Centauri Carbon expecting the multi color system this fall. Then Elegoo pulled it. I wouldn't have bought three printers (two from Elegoo and one from Amazon) if I knew they weren't going to o keep their word. I hope there is a class action law suit. I would have bought three Flashforge AD5X instead.

I love the Printer! It has been nearly flawless. The ease of use is amazing as well. The printer puts out BEAUTIFUL prints, and I even like the slicing software that comes with it. However, customer service has been AWFUL to say the least. When I bought my Centauri Carbon it was advertised that AMA (Multicolored printing capabilities) would be coming Q3 of 2025. I kept asking and not getting any response. It is one of the reasons I chose this printer. If it is taking longer to make available, fine, but then just be upfront with your customers. And now we are in Q4 and nothing....

i like Elegoo's experience but one thing i don't like is that they announce and don't deliver. they announced multie color but where is it?
