Buena máquina, todo perfecto!

Perdida de confianza . No cumplen las promesas, no cumplen el derecho de desestimiento. No hay multicolor como prometieron. La maquina es peligrosa porque el cable USB tiene riesgo de incendio y no aceptan devolución de la maquina y reembolso.

I purchased an Elegoo Centauri Carbon a few months ago. I had a few small issues out of the box but overall I was impressed. My son stopped by one day while I was printing something. He was intrigued and asked a lot of questions about 3d printing. He decided he wanted one for his household. I recommended the Centauri Carbon because it was a good value and the multi color would be available anytime day. He purchased the printer. I was there when he opened it. Before even getting it out of the box it was obvious the glass door was broken. The shipping box looked pretty good so we're not sure how it happened. He contacted Elegoo and was told he could return it for a replacement but he needed to pay for shipping. Absolutely ridiculous consideringit was not evenout of the box yet and was obviously damaged! Then they offered a $50 refund.He said okay and ordered an aftermarket door while waiting for the refund. After a while he contacted support again and was told the $50 was getting approved. Then after waiting longer he contacted support and was told the credit was denied. Very frustrating. That was bad but now we find out the multi color is not happening like was advertised. I really wish I didn't talk him into that printer. Elegoo is not the kind of company I want to do business with.

Tried to cancel an order so i could order a bigger model but after emailing as advised is the way to cancel i have had no answer from Elegoo support for more then 31 hours and the order is way its way to me.

So if you want to cancel, fat chance.

The printer arrived today. Unfortunatly it has obviously been installed and used before. The Toolkit is missing a screw driver, the scraper is missing, the nozzle pin tool is missing, the manual is missing, the fillament probe is missing, the display was already attached to the connector and just thrown in the case, the tape that holds the front glass panel was already been removed before with glue leftovers, the nozzle has been used, there are printing rests on the nozzle cleaner. Also there are anti vibration feet installed already, so it was not neccessary to order them myself??

On top of all of this, i got the error 304 on the first bootup with extremely loud vibrating sounds like the motor is trying to move but ist stuck.

Discrimination sur une erreur de leurs faute et n’ose même pas assumer pleinement !

Yet again problems with Elegoo. I ordered 10kg of filament. I opened the box and there were only 9! The box is designed to fit 10. They sell in 10s. It takes a perverse sort of talent to mess this up.
Last year I bought a Mars 4 resin printer as it was a good price. Foolishly (I had no time and space to set it up immediately) I waited over a year to boot it up. Didn't work. I ended up buying a replaceent screen - I am waiting to find time to see if that was the issue. Previously I've had issues with their filament being tangled on the reels and wrecking prints. Their customer service style seems to be to do everything in their power to evade responsibility. Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with for customer service. If anything goes wrong you're more of less stuffed.

Received Elegoo filament and resin to further my mid-life crisis. Great material that gives predictable and consistent results.

- Su servicio de soporte me obliga a mandarles varios vídeos, responden UNA SOLA VEZ cada día, haciendo el proceso super largo.
- Me dicen que tengo razón, que la máquina está mal y que me mandan una nueva AL MOMENTO.
- Me dicen que yo tengo que pagar el envío, y que mi máquina de repuesto YA ESTÁ MANDADA.
- Después me dicen que no, que mandarán la máquina cuando YO mande la defectuosa.
- Mando la defectuosa y me dicen que no, que mandarán mi nueva máquina cuando INSPECCIONEN la defectuosa.

He pedido que me devuelvan el dinero, he gastado mucho tiempo y dinero en una empresa que no vale para nada.

Ok, dit keer niet ontevreden. Ik ben meestal juist gemotiveerd om hier een bericht te plaatsen als er iuets niet goed is. Deze keer ben ik juist heel tevreden en superblij verrast, zelfs zo erg dat ik het graag ook eens wil zeggen. Niet omdat de fabrikant er om vroeg ofzoiets, maar omdat ik dusdanig positief verrast ben.

Ik was op zoek naar iets om een deurbel op te hangen, maar die moet op een specifieke manier aangezien ik kunststof kozijnen heb en het in een hoek van 90 graden moet. Daarnaast op een manier dat de deurbel niet makkelijk te stelen is.

Na een paar dagen zoeken op internet niks gevonden wat precies is wat ik zoek. Er waren wel alternatieven maar dan betaal je 50-60 euro voor een metalen framepje wat je over de bel heenplaatst. Echt belachelijke prijzen voor een heel simpel stukje metaal, en dan nog moet ik iets verzinnen om het in een hoek van 90 graden te krijgen.

Er zijn wel mensen die iets dergelijks aanbieden in kunststof maar ook heel erg duur. Daarnaast zag ik een paar mensen op marktplaats die iets dergelijks te koop hadden wat 3d geprint was. Dit was nog redelijk qua prijs, maar niemand had iets wat precies was wat ik zocht. Ze wilden wel iets maken maar dan zou het flink duurder worden.

Toen ben ik eens gaan kijken wat een 3d printer tegenwoordig kost en of het wat is voor mij. Uiteindelijk uitgekomen bij de Elegoo centauri carbon omdat die eigenlijk precies was wat ik zocht. En qua prijs (300 euro)was dit ook nog eens het meest interessant.

Dus ik dacht ik bestel gewoon zo'n ding en ik ga gewoon proberen zelf iets te maken.

Ik dat ding besteld volgende dag in huis(via 123-3d.nl) en wauw wat een ding. Met tinkercad(gratis) kon ik heel makkelijk precies maken wat ik wilde(het is een heel intuitief programma en heel amkkelijk in gebruik) en dan omzetten naar de software voor de 3d printer.

En ik moet eerlijk zeggen, WAUW wat werkt dat simpel en er gaat een wereld voor me open. Het printen is echt supermakkelijk, ziet er supermooi uit en je hoeft er echt geen wizkid of computernerd voor te zijn om het te doen.

Als je een gewone printer kunt aansluiten en kunt printen? Dan kun je het met deze ook. Ik dacht dat het veel moeilijker zou zijn, maar met dit ding is het echt heel eenvoudig. Echt een aanrader

Worst support ever, IF they choose to answer they always do it just before they close so you can only get one info a day, so it takes forever to troubleshoot.

My mainboard died after a few month, they send me a new one to replace my self, that lasted for a month and then it died 3-4 weeks ago, same problem, They told me 2 weeks ago I would receive a new mainboard again, I offered to send them the printer and they could get me new used one sp they could find out the problem. Now there is no response from support anymore and no working printer, in the meantime I bought another printer from Information , that runs like a charm, and in the whole time my Ultra is at a standstill, they send me a link to a video because they have an extra part they want me to change, where u have to disassemble the whole printer, I told them I could not do that which they just ignored.

Well I got this thing working pretty quickly The Mars 4. Everything was coming out perfectly and in one day only 3 months after buying it everything just stopped working it would print basically just the base and lines and no one can figure out what it is on the Facebook group Elegoo doesn't know what it is and no one can help me. So complicated and trying to buy something that I don't know is going to fix it is just ridiculous for like $85 to get an LCD screen is what they want at this point I don't even know if that's actually the problem and neither do they it's just a load of crap and I'm about to get rid of this thing.

Bought the Saturn 4 ultra with wash and cure package, cure station was non responsive so had to wait for a new board to arrive to replace. I’ve been using this printer for 4 months, kept getting poor adhesion to the build plate in a certain area. I only used Elegoo resin so used the settings recommended, after my latest failed print I was checking the tank for left over cured resin and decided to do a screen exposure before emptying the tank and sure enough there was a hole. On inspection of the led there was a section that was not lighting up.

I contacted support (who are limited to 1 reply every 24 hours) and they informed me that the LCD screen needed replacing but as I’d had the machine for 4 months the LCD was no longer covered under warranty, yes that’s right the LCD only comes with a 12 week warranty! Just for comparison their main competitor offers a 6 month warranty. So based on current performance this machine would use 3 LCD screens a year at a combined cost of £333. So rather than spending any more money with a company that just simply doesn’t care once they’ve got your money I think I’ll put my money into something a bit more premium and reliable and save money in the long run.

It makes a good paperweight for A1 sheets of paper though, shame I don’t use them.

i ordered neptune 4 pro off pre owned section at elegoo it came broken once i requested a refund they declined which breaks the consumers act 2015 away to go take this to small claims court bunch of scammers and the support team are so rude terrible experiance first review ive ever wrote as this has genuinly annoyed me.

Touch screen saturn 3 ultra failed after only 3 months time screen is dark.

Ordered a Mars 5 Ultra SLA printer and Mercury Pro v3.0 wash station as part of a black friday deal.

The company delivered a Neptune 4 FDM printer and a gasoline drill - I tried to email them, message on discord, and generally try to reach them on any platform I could but got zero response.

Have started chargeback process with credit card company - DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY.
