I have purchased 3 new Elegoo Centuari Carbon printers and all either arrived faulty or developed faults within a month of purchasing. Elegoo have a very bad aftersales and no UK base so avoid. They do not comply with UK consumer rights even though they are legally obliged to do so. The printer although are made well structurally the inner components are poor and don't last. The cost of the printer is not much different from that of the Bambu Lab which make top quality reliable printers with top aftersales and most importantly have a UK base. Elegoo tried to offer me a secondhand printer in exchange for my faulty new printer which I refused. Then they offered me an 80% refund eventually they offered a full refund but refused to cover the postage costs which they are legally obliged to do so. But have refused to supply me with a return address so how can I return it? Klarna are not better and recommend anyone thinking of using their pay in 3 service to think again you have no buyer protection from this company they drag out the time for as long as possible go straight to your bank and ask them to do a chargeback. So to anyone who reads this don't buy an Elegoo printer and don't use Klarna. Three months on and I am still fighting to get a refund from both companies but I won't stop.

Cela fait plusieurs années que je commande sur ce site, et j'ai toujours été satisfait de la qualité des filaments. Il y a 2 mois j'ai commandé 20 bobines, et le colis a été perdu par la poste. Je me suis donc tourné vers elegoo qui fait tout pour éviter le sujet, en me disant de retourner le colis pour me le faire rembourser. Comment je fais vu que je ne l'ai pas reçu ?!?
Une conversation vraiment lunaire qui n'a mené à rien. Il a fallu que ce soit moi qui contacte colissimo et DHL pour justifier que le colis n'avait pas été livré.
J'ai ouvert un litige paypal en espérant pouvoir me faire rembourser, car je n'ai aucune réponse concrète d'elegoo sur un potentiel renvoi ou remboursement.
Donc si tout va bien c'est un bon site, par contre ne comptez pas sur eux s'il y a le moindre problème. Il s'agissait donc de ma dernière commande chez eux!

started out amazing, now not so much. I started having issues with extrusion and bed adhesion, and when I contacted customer service they were helpful at first, but eventually completely gave up and have stopped responding to anything I send asking for help. they are really starting to get annoying, and I am highly contemplating switching companies for my next printer.

Printer didn’t work from day one. They sent parts and the printer still not working. Two months into it and we still don’t have a working printer and they decline to refund the money.

Kinda upset they canceled the multicolor apparatus for the centauri carbon. The whole reason I bought it was reputation and multi color. Kinda makes me worry about trusting any other promises they make. Sucks because they make a good printer but if you can trust the company is it even worth it?

Fast and reliable printer so far no issues.

I’ve been using the ELEGOO Mars 5 Ultra continuously for about a year now, and it has been working perfectly without any issues. The printer is reliable, consistent, and delivers excellent print quality.

My overall experience with ELEGOO has been very positive, from purchasing to long-term use. The product quality meets—and even exceeds—my expectations.

As per others im in the same boat 'ordered a neptune plus it apparently was lost in transit by evri .both elgoo and Seel will not refund and despite myself doing a charge back from my bank they keep messaging asking for me to pay again

Elegoo falsely sold a system with promised functionality that they then abandoned.

They do not respond to customer support messages.
My machine did some weird things on arrival and I have not had a response from their customer support 7 weeks later.

For the record, DJI (the drone company) are now the primary shareholders of Elegoo, they seem to be ok with this kind of behaviour.

Elegoo are a complete clownshow. Ordered a Neptune 4 Max 3D printer and resin spool, automatically added Seel "Worry Free" Insurance with no option to remove.

Printer was lost by EVRI within days of the order. Filement turned up from YODEL 2 weeks later.

Seel policy paid £5 for late delivery. But wont refund the cost of the 3D printer.

Elegoo refuse to refund the 3D printer and keep referring me to seel.

Both companies use AI driven customer service "Jay" at Seel and "Lisa" at Elegoo.

Customer service is simply AI parroting back what you have said to it and doing nothing.

The absolute definition of "AI Customer Service Prison Loop"

First time using both Seel and Elegoo and would never do so agian.

Based on my experience if I see Seel Insurance added to any online purchase in Future I would avoid.

Interesting to see how many AI generated reviews Elegoo has. In 26 years of buying things online I have never seen such an absolute clownshow from a retailer.

Complaint made to Trading Standards and Charge back initiated via my bank.

Update in response to AI agent response to my review. I was forced to initiate a charge back via my bank in the end as i spent weeks going round in circles with elegoo and seel. Never have two companies wasted so much of my time.

Ordered a Centuri Carbon and was sent a fedex tracking number. Expected delivery day came and went. I reached out to Elegoo and they said it was lost in transit and to use their third party warranty service to get a refund. Fedex said they never received the shipment. The third party company (Seel) refused to pay because it was never shipped. Elegoo keeps insisting that it shipped and would not refund or ship another one. Elegoo also will not provide the address of their shipping warehouse so even if it did ship there is no way to trace it with fedex if it is lost in transit. In the end I had to do a charge back with my credit card company which is still pending. Sketchy company!

Nice products until you have an issue.
I bought an air purifier to match my Saturn 4 ultra printer, and the fan is overly noisy from the start.
I contacted customer service, and I'll get instructions on how to repair it myself!!!
There is no way to have the product returned and replaced; this is absolutely unacceptable and violates the laws of this country (UK).

The CC printer isn't that bad, despite the initial failures after 18 hours of printing, but elegoo is simply mocking its buyers! Both the promise of a multi-color station and the subsequent discount codes as an apology for not keeping that promise are scam.

Bought a $2500. Elegoo giga orange, printer is huge but sturdy. Nothing but trouble from day one. MCU cannot connect, from day one then it started throwing duplicate cannbus errors. have spoken to CS and this has now been going on for almost 2 months. They had me do all the firmware updates and fix files over and over again. and still the same issues and getting worse. now they want me to start replacing the parts on this thing. i am not doing that why should i have spend hours of my time fixing their broken printer. and then they said we will give you a free roll of filament for your troubles. How insulting! I have been in contact with other elegoo owners and a lot of them tell me the same thing they are garbage.
