Charlie Elliott was fantastic from start to delivery. I found myself in a position with no car, we was able to place an order for a car quickly and then also use the subscription service to bridge the gap. really pleased with the communication throughout. They good in general but over priced
They fine, and good in general but over priced in comparison to other providers. My biggest regret is not shopping around before going with them. You can easily find much cheaper options in comparison.
This is not to say that I had any bad experiences ( everyone is great throughout the process) but this more for people to shop around before choosing them because there is always better and cheaper options.

Initial communication was good
Initial communication was good. Was advised delivery would be in 16 weeks, sometimes sooner. That was in April and have had another email to advise it has been delayed AGAIN, unit November / December. Have asked for a call back but have had nothing to try and resolve the situation

From Frustrating to Fantastic: A Huge Thank You to Sara
Communication with this team has been extremely challenging. Getting an update on my order requires calling repeatedly—often up to 10 times with no answer—and email support has gone completely unanswered. While I am required to use ECS as my employer's sole scheme provider, the lack of basic customer support makes the process incredibly frustrating. If you have the option, I would strongly recommend arranging a private agreement directly through a dealership instead.
However as an update to my review, I want to give a huge thank you to Sara, who did a wonderful job picking up my case and drastically improving our communication. She got my delivery sorted for Monday, so I'm really looking forward to it. It was a fantastic turnaround once she stepped in!

Nice staff but late car
My experience with the staff was friendly, really helpful and professional. No qualms there. However, having chosen a car in February, I was initially advised the car would likely be with me in April, possibly May. I don't know what info they had at the time to support that, but the car wasn't delivered until late July. Had I known at the time the waiting time, I might've gone elsewhere or chosen a different car.

More expensive than private leasing
Our company just released this scheme, and that it could save between 20-50% on a new car. Every car I look at is incredibly expensive like for like. As an example I'm looking at a Hyundai Santa Fe PHEV on the site priced at £1,009pm! The same model and terms on leasing.com is priced at £335pm. How in the world can they justify such a price difference. I am bitterly disappointed at how expensive the scheme is, as are other colleagues I've spoken to.
Check the site out by all means but do your research as it may not save you as much as you expect.
