My first EV
This was the first time I have moved into a EV, in the past weeks I have visited sevral dealerships and done a fair bit of research too. From my past esperience when visiting local dealerships has been a pushy sales advisor, however in thsi experience I have felt the entire experience through to be seemless. There was no push to sell. I felt I can ask as many questions as I wanted. I had support with guidance through the online portal and my advisor was very friendly and straight forward.
At the end of securing a deal on a EV I truly felt I had made the right choise on my new car.

The Fleet Appliance platform is easy to navigate and provides are the information and projected costs. The Comparison function in 'My Garage' is a great feature.

Smooth process/solid support start to finish
First time entering the "electric car" market and actually a fair bit of change pycho-logically in that purchase in itself after driving diesel and electric for 30 years !
Scott Russell was very informative, setting up prompt video call, discussing through the various car options and terms. Built some terms and showcased both the GROSS/NET impact to better understand the costs involved with regular follow up's to sense check queries and timely prompts to make sure I got paperwork etc required. People taking ownership in any service industry is rare these days and Scott both knowledgeable and helpful.
It was a really smooth process, the manufacturer will take some months to deliver car however in no particular rush my side on that front and established very early on the requirements with Scott's help in signposting each step. Call me in 2-3 years for next one 👍
