Advisors and support staff provide timely replies to questions and are genuinely friendly in their approach to the process. Some of the brochure information provided could be a little clearer and the document review/signing process is painful due to documents not having a consistent naming convention.

Professional Service
Although there was an initial delay in receiving my car, the overall service from Charlie & Yasmin was excellent.
They both acted very professionally in dealing with my requests.
Maybe the lead time on some cars (made to order) should be a bit more realistic in the time it takes to produce so as to avoid what is perceived as delays.

Loving our BYD
