From start to finish!
The website to look at cars and costs was easy to navigate, choosing the desired vehicle was probably the most difficult aspect. Henry, my contact at The electric car scheme was very helpful from the onset, even though I had to wait 6 months to pass my probation period. There was no pressure (unlike UPVC windows) which made the experience very comfortable. If you remove the three weeks holiday that both myself and Henry were away on our respective holidays, the whole process was completed within just a few days. No stress from my end.

I can't recommend The Electric Car…
I can't recommend The Electric Car Scheme highly enough. From the moment I placed my order right through to after my car was delivered, Louis and Yasmin kept me updated every step of the way by email, phone and even WhatsApp. I never once had to chase anything, which made such a difference.
Both were genuinely friendly and lovely to deal with, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. When my original car order had to be cancelled because of a spec change, Louis was especially helpful and sorted everything out without any fuss at all.
The whole experience was completely stress free, and that's down to the two of them. Louis and Yasmin were absolutely great, thank you both!

Emmanuel was very professional, patient and transparent throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was always helpful with any questions I had.
The only disappointment has been a creaking/squeaking noise from the car on delivery, which has taken some of the shine off the experience and is now being looked into.
Overall, very happy with the service from ECS. 4 stars purely because of the issue with the car after delivery.
