I organized an appointment with Dr.Online for a Portuguese Driver's License renewal. My experience was an excellent one, and these are some of the reasons why.
1. The information I received before the appointment was clear and thorough. I was advised to have certain documents ready for the consultation with the doctor and I received a link to check if the audio and video were working correctly.
2. Thought the consultation did not start right on the dot, I received an email telling me how long the wait would be. It was actually only a few minutes.
3. The doctor, Dr. Jose Tome, was very friendly and very clear in his communication. He also seemed to enjoy his work. And I enjoyed the short discussion we had about online doctor services available in Europe.
4. All in all, it was easy to organize the appointment, the consultation provided exactly what I needed and the price was excellent - and I should mention that the payment process was smooth.

Finding an Appointment was Fast and easy. The Dr. was competent and friendly. 35€ is a little expensive, but on the other way I didnt Had so wait in a waiting hall with other ill people.
