I bought a win 5 from Droix and would definitely buy from them in the future. Customer service is great. I badgered them with questions and they answered all of them in a timely manner. I specifically bought my win 5 from them because they have a great reputation and also an excellent 2 year warranty. I recommend Droix to anyone looking for a handheld

Un cauchemard !
Nous avons commandé une console à plus de 1300 euros sur ce site marchand pour Noël que nous avons jamais reçu, le livreur la soit disant livré dans le jardin, du coup sans code ni signature !!! On ne peut pas les joindre par téléphone , juste faire une réclamation sur leur site qui n est apparemment pas efficace car reste sans réponse. Amazon vous répond qu il peuvent rien faire qu il faut joindre le vendeur, on tourne en rond, bref aujourd hui on nous dit qu on a dépassé le delais de réclamation et qu ils sont vraiment désolés mais que le dossier est clos, un vrai cauchemar !!! Passez votre chemin et commandez sur un autre site si vous voulez gater vos proches pour Noël, c est un conseil que je vous donne. A fuir absolument ce site.

Malheureusement, votre réclamation a été soumise hors du délai de notification de 48 heures requis pour l'ouverture d'une enquête officielle auprès de notre transporteur. La livraison ayant été enregistrée le 19 novembre et la réclamation déposée le 3 décembre, nous n'avons pas pu donner suite à votre réclamation conformément aux conditions générales du transporteur, que nous sommes tenus de respecter.

3rd time's the charm
I had two previously failed units from Amazon and also from a third party pawn shop, I had commented my issues on droix YouTube channel and they responded to me properly and also let me know how their process was as far as quality control so I ended up trying one more time with droix and was extremely pleasantly surprised also I have peace of mind knowing that I have a 2-year warranty behind my purchase should anything go wrong but I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend you guys to anyone!

DroixUK shipped the item out very fast
DroixUK shipped the item out very fast. It was delivered to my front door in America by DHL within 4 days. Item was undamaged, box was undamaged. I recieved notification to pay tarriff fees via email and phone call in a timely manner so as not to delay delivery. Pleased with the item as well as the overall experience. Not pleased with the tarriffs but Droix has no control over that.

Amazing support! GPD Win Max 2 2025
I recently bought a GPD Win Max 2 2025. Once it came i wanted to try it with an external gpu and after searching the internet instead of asking support, i stupidly "updated" the bios to an older version bricking my laptop. After i bricked my laptop i tried to open it and fix it myself with the assistance of support staff member Jack (discord name). After a few failed attempts i updated him on the situation and he was kind enough to RMA my laptop at no cost, all i had to pay was the transport... after opening it and desoldering the bios chip THEY STILL WARRANTIED IT! They also sent a screen protector for free. I've never seen a company do that... usually warranty is void if you unscrew half a screw. I bought this laptop because of all the good reviews and good support reviews.
They not only live up to them but go above and beyond!
The laptop has been performing awesomely, paired with a 7900xtx it is a beast and it is now my main driver for games and work. I opted for the sim slot which came with a second back cover, and i basically have unlimited internet (amazing feature). on it. The whole thing, laptop and support is a 10/10 experience!

Loved how fast it was but had a little issue
Loved how fast it was. Unfortunately I was having issues, with the device and needed to open to check thermals. After applying new pads and bit of better paste it was stable, and didn't smell like burned dry pads. This was even after the January batch.

Great company
I'm updating my review, there were some minor issues with the delivery of my package which were not Droix's fault.
I posted a bad review and their customer support reached out to me to clarify the situation, they are a company that truly cares about their customers.
I'd buy again from them, they have amazing products, people and customer support.
