Best customer service received
Best customer service received. They had gone above and beyond to help me with two of my devices I had bought from them. First one was a software bug that made my egpu not work properly. Vikram from droix helped me find the problem and found a solution that fixed my problem. Second device was a module that stopped working after a year and a half. After a few emails to troubleshoot it they had me sent it out to them for repair. I have received the module and its working perfect. I will be using them again for future purchases.

Droix UK AYN Thor purchase experience.
When using the website the whole purchase process was effortless. I created an account as part of the buying procedure, that way I would receive updates and keep a track of the order. I did at one point use the chat to check up on my delivery times frame, which was very helpful. I offered the AYN Thor Pro on the 5th of February after contacting Droix on stock and estimated delivery to them. I decided to go for the device and just a few weeks later it was posted out to me. The whole process went very smoothly. I have used the company twice now and will use them again. I hope they keep up the great service.

Vikram and Jack were very helpful whenever I wanted specific info both before and after my 2 x RockTek G2 TV Boxes purchase. Early days maybe, (one week). However I've found the box works very well, especially re providing the < 1000 Mbps internet speed I was after - main reason for my boxes upgrade - from previous limited internet speed DROIX X4 boxes that I bought a couple years ago. The G2 boxes work extremely well and I'm happy with my follow-on purchase. A negative would be Google's control/restrictions re what Apps you can use on its platform, otherwise no probs.

Fast delivery and good customer experience
After ordering the product, it arrived the next day and although after 2 days of using it I started having issues so I contacted support and I got a reply within 24hrs and even with the fact I had to send the device back, everything was resolved in less than a week and I got my device back.

Wonderful service
I don't usually write reviews but DROIX were amazing. I ordered a handheld device that was impossible to get elsewhere. They delivered SO quickly- within a day of ordering so I could gift in time for Christmas. When I emailed customer service, the reps were prompt and polite. Great service.

Ok long story . But they delivered !
Ok long story .. I had another model on pre order but it wasn’t coming in time so I cancelled it. Night before Xmas eve and I couldn’t believe the model I had really wanted (a different one) was in stock … could they get it to me on time ? As long as it was in stock support said - and it was… Really really inpressed with them - they rushed it out special delivery and it arrived in time for Xmas. That’s what I call great customer service and they delivered on their promise. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and the next time I want a Chinese retro machine , I would ALWAYS put my order with these guys first before the foreign manufacturer as I know they will support what they sell. Brilliant !!!

Pricing was very decent and they stock very hard to find devices.
I pre-ordered the Ayn Thor where it stated it would be dispatched in November. Close to the time they updated me through email to let me know that due to a production issue my device won't be sent until January. I sent them a email explaining my disappointment (even though I knew it wasn't their fault) and the email I received back was very sincere and apologetic which I really appreciated, one of the best customers support emails I'd ever received.
By some Christmas miracle they must of received their shipment early and managed to send me my device ready to be opened on Christmas Day!!!
Overall I had a brilliant experience with them
