Terrible
Terrible, Started in august when i purchased 2 sets, they were delivered but the order was completely wrong, it took me 3 months to get a refund (that worked) and just 3 weeks ago i purchased items with the refund code they gave me as a refund and, now it feels as something will always go wrong when purchasing anything from them.

Shocking
Shocking, my mistake in first place ordering same tracky twice but they’re quick to send them out but waiting days on end for a reply off them! And then when trying to do a return it offering me store credit but no where on the website does it say when bringing back an order you’ll get store credit?! I don’t want store credit. Also says on the website live chat 9-5 but that’s no where to be seen!

Returning items is way too difficult
Returning items is way too difficult . Ordered a t shirt and short matching set. Sent the complete wrong colour shorts but make it so difficult to send items back. Mistakes happen but the experience on sending them back compared with there competiton is not on par.

Customer service is appalling!
Order a few sets from this company and had to send one back cause was too small and they didn’t have a bigger size in stock which is fair enough, so I have been waiting almost 5 months for my money back and they don’t reply on Facebook , instagram or email , they said there warehouse got robbed I totally understand that there would be a delay in getting the refund but no offer of voucher nothing and it’s been 16weeks so I think that’s enough time to sort a refund out , customer service is shocking!
