Ordered a tracksuit, returned for a larger size in december and not recieved the exchange.
They have not replied to any emails despite me chasing them and ELVT. Heard nothing, lost £190 . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered 198pound tracksuit in Dec..it was to big so i returned it which i was advised to do so by Drip supply,bought on Klarna..Now iam told by Klarna that its a invalid Return..and i have to pay the 198..ive emailed them so many times,even to get an exchange..They will not answer me.DISGUSTING

Ordered a tracksuit and t-shirt from them was just under £120. Jacket ripped after two wears and one short wash. Obviously a fault in the design. Won’t name the brand because I’ve emailed the brand they’ve been very helpful. Drip supply on the other hand has been useless. Customer service not existent. They aim to get back to you in 24 hours but I’ve been waiting a week and half and two messages and still nothing. If you order from them just hope you don’t have any issues with order because you will be left on your own. No telephone contact either there a joke

Ordered and item in the wrong size so requested a return, I have returned the item 3 weeks ago with a note ( they asked for the note inside parcel) for another size. Not communication at all have emailed several times and been ignored. Will have to go to my bank now for the refund.

Ordered a short and T set over 9 days ago, no shipping confirmation. Emailed to see what was happening and if they haven’t shipped to just get a refund. Now have to wait 10 working days to get my refund. Decent price on website but poor service

Avoid buying from this company!
Arrived late , the bags all have holes in , as if a label has been taken off , trying to return item is a nightmare, only offers exchange or a store credit and will not answer any email , instagram or messenger contact .. what a con !!!! Further action being taken !!!

I ordered a 3 piece Nike set over a week ago only email I had was confirmation email of the order . Still haven’t had any dispatched email. I’ve emailed numerous times to support had haven’t had any response at all very poor customer service if I must say

Faulty items and refuse to offer any help in replacement or refund poor customer service

I returned an items the same day I received the goods to small sent it back in all its original packaging and 10 weeks later I still haven’t received my refund the customer service is a poorly don’t buy from Dripmoda

Purchased goods from first time with this company. Had an issue with 1 part of order and contacted customer service late Friday PM had response back Monday AM and sorted with arrival following day! Fantastic sportswear, price and customer service! Would recommend ad will be purchasing again.

The fleree jeans i ordered where not like the ones on the site it was supposed to me black and grey it was full black and the paint was just manny ugly dots not like the ones on the site dont order from them

Customer service was good, I ordered the wrong size top to the tracksuit by accident and sent an email in and got the problem fixed straight away.

I have to admit I took a gamble with this company
, i have seen a lot about them but checked reviews before buying an there are more poor reviews than good but from my experience cannot fault them in the slightest sent out for delivery next day an received less than a week later

I ordered a tracksuit for a birthday 3 weeks ago. I still haven’t received it. I’ve messaged on instagram and email. Nothing, baring in mind it’s multiple emails and messages on different dates throughout the 3 weeks and I haven’t had anything back. I would recommend never giving these lot your money, how has it taken 3 weeks to send a tracksuit out. Never had this with any other company. Ridiculous.
