paid for next day delivery , recieved it 6 days later with out so much as an apology or an offer of my extra money back what i paid for the next day delivery , bad customer service in my opinion won’t be using again

Poor customer service
On the expensive side compared to some other retailers but gave it go because they were the only ones with the item i wanted. I then Wanted to exchange a t shirt for a different size. Sent the item back to the address they provided however they didnt take delivery and it went to the post office. Notified them of where it went and they refused to pick it up. Refused a refund even though they didn't take returns correctly. Then tried to blame the me the customer for their failure. (Good customer Service) Item is now lost in the postal system and im out of pocket. Plenty of other retailers of this kind about so chose wisely.

To clarify, you sent an order back during the christmas period when the office was closed and by the time you notified us to collect the parcel from our local delivery office it was already returned to sender 2 days prior, we offered you a replacement for a big discount but you refused, we try to be as transparent and fair as possible.
