We ordered the wrong size by mistake
We ordered the wrong size by mistake, but turns out it fits perfect anyway! Had a fantastic response when we messaged about swapping it for a smaller size before it arrived. Staff were polite and helpful, delivery was fast too and the clothes are spot on.
Definitely recommend ordering from these guys !

I’ll be honest, I was a bit sceptical after reading some reviews, but I ordered my son an Under Armour 3-piece. I didn’t need to worry – it turned up the very next day!
The service was brilliant, and everything went smoothly. Really glad I gave them a chance. I’ll definitely be back to order again!

Sent my order in beginning of December took a wee bit of time but got here in time for Christmas, I ordered the wrong size not a problem returning was easy and got a replacement out very quickly would recommend great customer service highly recommended

Spot on. The clothes are class, good quality, and delivery is always quick. I had an issue with sizing, and they sorted it out for me straight away. You can tell they care about their customers, and the rewards scheme is a nice bonus. If you’re after decent sets without any hassle, this is the place. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else now!

Ordered from Them on the 27th December only sent tracksuit top out NO TROUSERS so son only has half a tracksuit the company clearly doesn’t have customers service or any means to contact them emailed the support email 4 times still nothing AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Have to take complaint to trading standards has this company seems very corrupt!

Do not order anything terrible terrible website
Terrible website to order clothes from or anything for that matter. Ordered a tracksuit as a birthday present ordered it just on 01/01/2025 the item did not arrive until 10/01. I only got the item so quickly because I asked for it to be canceled as there website states that they use a 24/48 hour royal mail service and it was well out of the delievery due date. Saw all the other comments about parcels not coming and thought to be hopeful. Will never ever order from them again. On top of the late delievery they still charged me delivery fee which most company’s would have took this off as it was out the delievery time stated on their website.

To clarify, the Royal Mail 24/48-hour service refers to the time it takes Royal Mail to deliver the parcel once they receive it from us, which we have now updated on our website to make it more clear to customers.
Our standard delivery timeframe is 3-5 working days. Unfortunately, your order fell outside this window due to the Christmas influx of orders we were catching up on after being closed for the holiday period.
We understand how frustrating this delay must have been, and as soon as you requested it, we refunded your shipping cost.

Ordered on the 21st of December, still ain’t heard nothing from them no updates on delivery available, sent 2 emails had no reply’s just sitting in the dark, I have used them previously and clothes was good so hopefully they are just busy, just would like an update

Zero replies via email
Zero replies via email, telephone calls and totally ignoring any other enquiries. I ordered and paid for my order in October and haven’t received anything. Avoid this company as I believe it’s fraudulent. Do not use push payments as that’s how they scammed me. Disgraceful.
