Avoid this shady company to not regret later, it's not worth it

I subscribed to the Preferential membership believing it was lifetime, given that additional paid entitlements are still required for lounge entries. My decision was rushed while I was stranded at the airport due to a flight delay and severe fatigue.

The next day, I discovered the membership is valid for only one year and immediately contacted DragonPass to request a cancellation, as this was not what I had understood and I can never use what I paid for within 1 year.
Support refused because I had used the membership once. I offered to pay separately for that single visit, but they still declined. I then asked to downgrade to the Classic plan and refund the difference, which was also refused.

To make matters worse, the membership is effectively unusable at my home airport, Paris CDG , one of the largest airports in the world, where there appears to be only one partner lounge, located in a domestic terminal I never use.

In my experience, the service offers poor value for the price, and customer support has been unhelpful. I would not recommend it.

EDIT:
They publicly claimed below that they requested additional information to reach out and try to resolve the issue. I provided my contact details via Trustpilot, but they never reached out. This is definitely a very unprofessional and a shady company to say the least.

This is great a great service got my membership card on my phone been enjoying airport lounge access. I thought you got one free entitlement when purchased but after check out I never saw anything else about free entitlement.

Feeding program

Not much food and really doesn't feel like a lounge. The food selection is giving feeding program.

Platform is great, hope to see better lounges

I appreciate the convenience and ease of use of the platform and the lounges are generally in locations which are easily accessible.
However the lounges tend to be small with limited food selection, especially the one in Sydney which was also not promptly cleaned and tidied even though it was not crowded.
I recently went to the lounge in T1, Singapore Changi airport, it was very crowded and noisy, even the clattering of the crockery can be heard at the reception.

Worked perfectly

Got access to the SATS Premium Lounge during a change of planes at Singapore Changi, including a shower, for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. Can't ask for much more than that.

Lounge ANA Lisbon mauvais rapport qualité/prix

L'accès au lounge a été simple avec Dragonpass, par contre je n'ai pas été satisfaite du rapport qualité prix du salon. Le lounge est un vrai hall de gare, très bruyant, pas assez de coin tranquille, les sanitaires femmes n'étaient pas disponibles, la nourriture avec un choix très limité. C'est trop chère pour ce que c'est. Le prix des accès devrait correspondre aux prestations des salons...

Useless support function

While it does work i have recently encountered that fast tracks are pulled last moment (kuala lumpur) or are put on freeze (with gatwick) without notice.

When contacted was asked to send whole lot of info to prove my identity only to be diverted to mastercard as they could not help me. Why not say it initially when it was told that the booking is dragonpass thro mastercard?

I guess no training is given to support agents which is a shame as i would guess even ai bot would waste less of my time redirecting me.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to DragonPass for providing such an outstanding lounge experience. Everything was truly exceptional. Becoming a DragonPass member has proven to be a remarkable decision, and it significantly enhanced the comfort and quality of my travel.

My family and I had a wonderful time in the lounge. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, the service was attentive, and the overall environment made our journey far more enjoyable. From the comfort of the seating areas to the food, amenities, and hospitality, every detail reflected a high standard of care and professionalism.
