Its great once you get in but every…

Its great once you get in but every time I try to use it I have to wait for 30 minutes or more. Mine’s free with my bank account but I’d never pay directly for it with the risk I wouldn’t get in

In a few couple of months it is almost…

In a few couple of months it is almost impossible to use this membershio and go to the lounge due to the lounges being overcrowded, I even had to be on the wait list, it starts to feel like it isnt even worth it and I would have better experience in airport restaurant, very disappointed.

Why need to renew membership

Used the purchased pass for myself even though I have a credit card pass for the Plaza Premium lounge at KLIA. Used another for my son. I did this because my membership is about to expire. I find it strange that I can't use the purchased pass when my membership is expired. I would prefer lifelong membership with requirement to purchase pass to use the lounge. I plan to rescind the membership after it expires

Left feeling disappointed

Left feeling disappointed. Buffet was untidy and underwhelming. Veg curry tasted ok but lacked vegetables. Crowded and not at all relaxing. Won’t be recommending or returning until improvements are made. Not value for money.

Istanbul, Hong Kong, Taipei

I used three partner lounges for my Far East trip:

Istanbul: It was very, very crowded. Since the partner lounge accepts many credit card applications, I was able to get in just a few minutes before my flight after a long queue.

Hong Kong: Very small buffet and no international food at all.

Taipei: A complete disappointment. If you want to spend your money on nuggets and apples, you can go in.

pleasant experience with Dragon Pass

verification at entrance to lounge is efficient and fast using QR code scan and boarding pass check. Food an beverage is reasonably stock with good crowd control despite tight on seats

Cancun Terminal 3

Although there was a long line at terminal 3 in Cancun's lounge the overall experience was great. Being able to remove oneself from the busy airport and find a comfortable seat was great. The food was really good.

My experience in Mastercard® Lounge…

My experience in Mastercard® Lounge Prague was not a good experience. The staff only let in people with special Master credit card which I own but the rest of my family does not so we wanted to use Dragonpass for them to enter the lounge, but they did not let them in because at the time they did not accept it. Staff was not really nice and it was not the first time this has happened to us. We also had a chance to experience lounge in Zurich called Aspire where everything was briliant, staff was nice, food was good, etc. In my opinion Dragonpass is no longer a priority in Prague and sadly starting to be useless.

Worst lounge at Changsha…

Our first experience at Changsha Terminal 2 “First Class” lounge was a disaster!!!
No Hot food or snacks!!
Only small varieties of cup noodles and biscuits and soft drinks
How to appease a hungry traveler after braving the very thorough and cumbersome custom checking!!!!!
I could have spend happy money on the hot food next door !!
Wasted totally my time and slot!!!
Bad Very Bad !!!
