1st visit to the Bidvest VIP lounge at OR Tambo

The lady at reception was super helpful as it was my 1st visit to the Bidvest VIP lounge at OR Tambo. Food was GREAT, and it was good to relax in comfortable chairs. I would suggest that they change the time from 2 hours to boarding and not departure.

The gentleman at reception was super helpful as it was my 1st visit to the VIP lounge, and I was in severe pain due to a broken shoulder and just needed a comfortable place to sit and have my beanbag warmed up.

1st time users ended up missing our flight

We tried Maharba lounge for the 1st time using dragon pass. experience was good. Food and drinks were enough but air conditioning was broken. Fan was able to keep up even with that much crowd but it was 4am so it may have been an off peak time. space could be bigger because it can get cramped inside when full. Overall experience was good until we got left by our flight because lounges don't receive announcements of boarding times. Not sure if dragon pass and lounges are separate entities but maybe dragonpass can help lobby a process or a way to make sure passengers using lounges are informed of the boarding time or any announcements made by the airport, even just showing on a screen all boarding times so as to keep everyone aware when to start running to the gates. THIS WILL DEFINITELY IMPROVE THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Variable from location to location

Variable from location to location! As a frequent traveler I frequently cannot get in in Changi and HKG, but Penang is always ok.
Tends to be more and more crowded over the last 2 years!

Usage of Aspire Lounge in Zurich

Checked in to the Aspire Lounge on transit in Zurich. Was not really encouraged to enter the lounge in main building as they said it’s crowded. Finally went to the one nearer our boarding gate. Entry was limited to 3 hrs even though our transit was longer. Food variety was acceptable and staff polite. In all, it was a good experience for us. Wished that Dragonpass do not limit usage to twice a yr as I travel often.

Bad food standard and operation hours

The food was lousy and definitely not lounge standard.The Marhaba Zürich lounge close at 2000hr. My flight was 2300hr. The operation hours of the lounge is unsuitable for travel. The staff are polite and helpful.

Certain lounges are excellent while others are lacking...

We had a wonderful experience at the Madinah Airport lounge, everything was excellent.
However, we were very disappointed with the Dubai terminal 3 Marhaba lounge. The lady at reception first told my wife and I we cannot enter as we were both wheelchair assisted. Thereafter, which she allowed us in when we mentioned that we could assist ourselves but used wheelchairs, for walking distance due to spinal problems. Then she never requested our wheelchairs to pick us up to go to the next gate. We had to repeatedly ask for it. Whereas all the other assisted passengers were given without requests. They also didn't have any toilet facilities for males within the lounge area, one had to go back to the main terminal, a flight downstairs, to go to the toilet.

In particular, we regret that you were initially denied entry due to wheelchair assistance, that further clarification was required despite your ability to assist yourselves, and that wheelchair support to the gate was not proactively arranged. This is especially troubling given that assistance appeared to be provided to other passengers without repeated requests. Additionally, we understand how inconvenient and uncomfortable it must have been to be directed outside the lounge and downstairs to access male toilet facilities.

A nice way to start our trip

A nice way to start our trip! No1 Lounges in Gatwick was such a nice treat. Great setting, great food and the app made it easy to see what’s available and where, and for us all to walk-in. The team at the reception was very kind.

Poor experience on many occasions.

Not available at many airports. Usually queues to enter most lounges. Lounge quality ar the lower end compared to other lounges not available with Dragon pass. Food range and quality usually poor. Lounges often unclean. Overall not good value even for frequent traveller.
