Poor Food quality and variety
Great reception,limited food variety the cake served was not fresh. Hygienist not responding in time as there was a number of dirty tables after the guest have left.

Food and service was good, the only complaint will be that the reception staff does not know the entrance limitations and or procedure for allowing clients, poorly trained or knowledgeable which add to the frustration of entrance to what is suppose to be an enjoyable experience

Recently used the power lounge at Haneda airport on the airside. Generally a positive experience. Location is great, just after the immigration. Amenities are new and easy to use. Can make it better with a larger choice of food selection. Otherwise, it is good.
Signing into the app at the airport was impossible
Signing into the app at the airport lounge did not work. Dragon pass insisted n sending a verification code to my cell phone which I could not receive because I did not have cellular service, only wifi. Therefor couldn’t get into the lounge. Later asked “customer service” why they couldn’t send the verification code to my email address which is registered in my account along with my cell number.
They sent me a copy of “ frequently asked questions” which was totally useless. Contacted them again but crickets after that. Terrible customer service

The food buffet, service and conducive environment for travellers having a resting place before embarking on their trip
Quality of food is poor in most places.

(Bru is ok, Ams is poor).
Often there is a long queue, sometimes even impossible to get in.
I used the lounges 30 times last year and will not renew the license.

Whenever I try to access the airport lounge with Dragon pass, I was always told that the lounge is either full or booked for incoming airline...
I would also appreciate if Dragon pass can consider to allow member to bring a guest.

Have used the lounges during international airtravel. Have appreciated the chance to sit down, catch up with some work and other communication and get to enjoy healthy food and drink,

Experience Plaza Premium First at Hong Kong International Airport. They had a good selection of food, spirits, juices, drinks, coffee, and rea.
What's the point?
Very limited number of countries, and lounges within those countries, where my Dragonpass is accepted. In Manila, it was only Marhaba lounge (T3), which is very small, offering a limited range of food and beverage. Not worth the trip to the obscure, remote, token corner of the airline lounge floor of terminal 3 in NAIA. The experience was both humiliating and unpleasurable. Makes one wonder: What's the point?

This dragon pass even has a massage location in the airport in Singapore. Well done. Would be great if the massage could be longer as 30 min is not long enough.
The Lounge is Pathetic
The Dragon Pass lounge at the Beijing Capital International Airport is pathetic. Firstly, there is no sign or direction to the lounge. Is hidden at a secluded area. Secondly, the lounge is so small that most passengers are turned away unless you want to help yourself with the plastic chairs they provided. Lastly, they only served instant noodles and porridge. Some cheap tidbits and drinks. Worst I ever encountered.
