Complete scam

Complete scam. I can’t access any lounge despite being fully paid up and having the app. Everytime I try to and access a lounge it involves between 20-30 mins on the phone to the Dragonpass help desk to eventually get me in. They also changed their contract terms halfway through our agreement making it more expensive to take guests in, which in my book is a breach of contract and unforgivable. Will not renew.

It was comfortable

It was comfortable, and there are several lounges at the Bangkok airport.

however, it will be nice if the accompanying guest can be admitted as well, instead of limiting to the sole card holder.

Access to lounges fantastic

Access to lounges fantastic. Good price at renewal i always get the 8 pass option.
Lounges pretty good overall with good food and drink options available

Everything went on smoothly

Everything went on smoothly. I just presented the QR and the team was ready to welcome us. I was with my two kids and partner, they both enjoyed so much. Thank you. Keep doing the best work.
