I had no issues using the Lounge during my Domestic flights. It made the wait so much bearable.

My first experience using the dragon pass is a little bit of disappointed, in the app notes for entitlements can be used for both cardholders and guest, so I still have 2 entitlements and i want to used is for me and my husband but they say it can only used for 1 cardholder only, correct me if this is a misunderstanding in using dragon pass, because of it I still use lounge key access for my husband . And for the lounge in Changi airport T4 Blossoms the lounge is limited food and beverages, the place is a bit sad in my opinion

The access using Dragon Pass was smooth and fast as usual, the airport lounge, of T2 was a good expereince for us with quite a spread of breafast foods. Customer services of the front desk, servicing area were up to our satisfaction.

The app is very user-friendly and offers a wide range of benefits. The e-sim was very useful and the fact that you can locate lounges and access with a quick scan of a qr code is fabulous

My family and I visited the lounge at KLIA, Terminal 1, late in the evening. We were tired and hungry after a long journey, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The buffet was almost empty, with very limited food choices available. We were also informed that no alcohol was included except for beer, which we would have appreciated knowing in advance before selecting this lounge.

As most of the remaining food was very spicy, it was not suitable for our children, and we had to specifically request something they could eat. Overall, the lack of variety and prior information made the visit less comfortable than expected.

Very pleasing experience from registering on the App to linking your bank name and using the lounge benefits. It has certainly made my travel experiences more satisfying. I am happy with the Dragon pass app and benefits.
