The access to the airport lounge was easy...

The access to the airport lounge was smooth and quick. The lounge has one of the best laksa, the food and beverage selection is good and extensive too. Ambience was good with nice seating arrangements for eating, resting or working while waiting to board.

This is my first time using …

This is my first time using Dragonpass. I love the seating area is comfortable. The foods was so so that why I only give it 4 stars. But over all I think the experience is great cause it dose make my waiting time a lot faster.

I want to share a brief but…

I want to share a brief but well-deserved positive review for DragonPass regarding their handling of a recent issue I encountered.

A couple of months ago, during my travel to Sydney before Christmas, I faced some frustrating technical difficulties gaining access to the lounge at Manila Airport, and the person at the desk was very rude. While the initial problem was a significant inconvenience, the way the company took responsibility was truly impressive.

In particular, Ms. Stacey McAuley from the head office stepped in and handled my complaint with the utmost professionalism. She was incredibly efficient, resolving the matter brilliantly and ensuring that the issue was rectified and further investigated. It is rare to see such high-quality customer service where a company takes full ownership of a mistake and fixes it so effectively.

I highly recommend them for their accountability, excellent corporate support, and honesty.

We were at Nanning China lounge at…

We were at Nanning China lounge at noon. There is no hot food!! Only cup instant noodles and packet biscutts & bottle water / drinks. No hot coffee!! No service personnel on duty to serve. Disappointing.

Simplicity at its best

Simplicity at its best! Downloading the app was as easy as 1,2,3 and using it at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, South Africa made travel life more pleasurable. The app is easy to use and the FAQs within the app are helpful.

Fast and Easy

Easy access to airport lounges via app QR code and passport. So far visited Hanoi and DaNang Airport lounges. The service staffs are friendly. Food and beverage choices are wide. Very impressed with auto massage chairs at Danang lounge. So happy for the privileged access. Thank you Dragon pass.

Unprompted default currency change cost me money

The app somehow changed my default currency from GBP to USD and due to time pressure and the belief that the resulting cost would be identical, I went along with it.

Unfortunately it meant that I wss charged £25.99 instead of £24 for airport lounge sccess in the UK so not happy

Fabulous

Fabulous. Smooth travelling start with visiting your great lounges and fab food. People at the front desk are well trained no problems and very friendly. First world service. Thanks for that

I’m so glad there is a Landside usage…

I’m so glad there is a Landside usage for us. Usually is airside. That day I had to wait for my airtickets so while waiting at NRT airport, I managed to had my dinner. Lo n Behold, it was a great eel fish with rice dinner.
So glad Dragon Pass think of giving their passengers Landside resting too.Thank you Dragonpass🎉🎉❤️

A good selection of food and beverages

A good selection of food and beverages, lounge was ok, though a little cramped and the seats meant for 4 was really good enough for only 2. Otherwise it was a good rest area while waiting for flight.

Disappointed renewal

I've used Dragon pass for several years and I like using it and to be able to access airport lounges in most airports I travel through. I've always gone for the unlimited pass, but this time it is not available which is annoying as in the short time since I renewed it, I've already used 4 of my visits of the 8. Plus I lost 2 purchased visits I had on my old card as I wasn't able to use them before the last card expired. Overall this time I'm quite disappointed and will look at other lounge options when I run out of visits.

Service confirmed but no one contact me or even no excuse email about service suspended those days (Lunar New Year). I bought service for 3 and can not get refund

No longer worth the membership.

What used to be a brilliant service is now terrible. As soon as they release the dates for any airport we’re using I jump straight on (well I used too) now you can’t get anything whatsoever using their pre booking service, however if you go to the airport direct and pay you can get the lounge access. Having the DragonPass is no longer a benefit, plus when you email to ask if they can help you just get fobbed off with no assistance whatsoever.

Just a quick edit, following their reply to request my details to contact me and discuss my issues, 3 weeks later DragonPass still haven’t been in touch whatsoever. Their reply’s are clearly just to look like they’re dealing with customer issues and complaints when in reality, they’re not.

Awful Food Hygiene

I am really disappointed with the facilities at Dakar ( Thies Blaise Diagne) as a Dragonpass member I have just paid £24.00 for my wife only to be able to have a can of coke. none of the food was covered and there were numerous flies walking on the food. There were no snacks in sealed packets. there was also no hand wash or facilities to dry your hands in the washrooms. I have a photo of facilities, I would also add the staff were gathered chatting amongst themselves ignoring customers Please respond as food hygiene is extreme important. I am a long time member and expect a refund not a credit voucher.

DragonPass said I am not entitled to a refund as I had entered the lounge... if I could have seen the food hygenie i definately wouldnt have entered
