SUPERB LOUNGE

Had a superb experience using DragonPass at Plaza Premium Lounge in Singapore Changi Airport. ✨

From the moment I entered the lounge, everything was seamless—easy access, comfortable seating, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The food selection was impressive, with a good variety of hot meals, snacks, and beverages that made the wait enjoyable.

What stood out the most was the level of comfort and convenience. It’s definitely a great way to unwind before a flight, especially after a long day of travel or meetings. The staff were also accommodating and ensured that everything was well-maintained.

Overall, DragonPass made the airport experience much more premium and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through Singapore!

Used 2 passes for 1 visit!

I paid in advance to reserve a space in an airport lounge in Cancun. Once I got there, they weren't able to locate my reservation on their end, even though I provided them the confirmation email, so I had to use an additional lounge pass just to get in. There is no phone number I can locate to call dragonpass and I tried reaching out via the app but no response in a month and a half!

Celebrity status for an OAP!

It is such a treat for me as a pensioner with very little money, as I was gifted a few passes, that have made my longer stopovers a relaxing, quiet and enjoyable experience. The ease of access, the warm welcome and the hospitality are all very much appreciated.

If you live in Manchester and travel…

If you live in Manchester and travel out of Manchester airport regularly then don’t bother with DragonPass it’s a complete waste of time you can neither pre-book a slot ( even up to 6 months ahead ) and neither can you just pitch up with your card.

Complete and utter waste of money !

I thought dragon pass was great

Support sorted me out, but it took a while, I just wish they'd sort out the chat!!

I thought dragon pass was great, until things go wrong - no ability to sort, I can't seem to renew my membership / purchase, automated chat bots and no humans, a very frustrating experience within the apps / website / support.

They had an information desk at Honk Kong near Gate 1. They directed me to the lounge , I checked in & in 5 minutes all done.

Improvement

This is the third time visiting the lounge. Notice that the lounge was quite dirty, especially the chair. Chef also have attitude towards customer. When order food, they don't even want to look at u.

First time using DragonPass

First time using DragonPass. Pre-booked Lounge No 1 - turned out it was for the wrong terminal (same name, same airport). Reception said I had to pay an additional £20 exchange fee but I would get a refund. I emailed customer service who said read the T&Cs and they won’t refund me.

Terrible experience. More hassle than it’s worth. Won’t be using again.

Quick and easy entry to Miracle lounge in Survanabhumi airport with DragonPass

Quick and easy entry with DragonPass. I used the Concourse D flagship location. The lounge is spacious, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and the food was much better than expected for a contract lounge. Clean showers and a good selection of beverages made my layover much more enjoyable. Definitely one of the better Miracle locations in the airport
