As a DragonPass user, I would like to express my satisfaction with my recent experience. My card number is: 8838 XXXX XX85 4888.
On April 4, 2026, I visited the IGA Lounge at Istanbul Airport (Domestic Terminal), and the experience was excellent. The time between presenting my QR code on my phone to the concierge staff and entering the lounge was approximately one minute, which clearly reflects the efficiency and smoothness of the process.
The overall atmosphere of the lounge, the quality of service, and the facilities provided exceeded my expectations. This was my second experience using DragonPass, and during my first experience, I also contacted the customer support hotline and received prompt and effective assistance.
On this occasion, I would like to sincerely thank the DragonPass team for their fast, professional, and user-oriented service.

I had a wonderful experience at the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Intl, International Concourse D.
The lounge itself was clean and well-maintained. Food and beverage options were well-stocked, and staff members were proactive in replenishing items.
Overall, the service exceeded my expectations and made my travel experience much more enjoyable. I would definitely look forward to visiting this lounge again.

Upon departure in HK.. I tried the plaza lounge.. the aircon seems down in one section. Basic selection… staff was unable to tell me if I m allowed a guest or does the guest needs to pay… he was not sure. The lounge was very crowded and the cleaner staffs were very efficient with their job….clearing table for walkin guests

We had a very good experience at the Skala Lounge in Cyprus using DragonPass. The access was smooth, the food and beverages were good and the lounge wasn't busy. The staff were pleasent and efficient with making sure that the food was available and the tables cleared up so that patrons could find some space to chill.

Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service. Contacted so called “customer service” to be told “we can’t help”. What is the point of having them? Either systems or training or attitude are extremely poor. Avoid this organisation if you can.

The variety of airport lounges throughout the destinations I have visited, I’m spoilt for choice. Crowded, choose another options and would not go wrong. Even having a good massage to relieve stress from flights too. It’s A Great Pass!
The experience at Plaza Premium Lounge…
The experience at Plaza Premium Lounge Gate 35 Hong Kong wasn't that good. It's packed with too many people and most sofas seats were all occupied. We had no choice but to squeeze into the long canteen lookalike tables instead.
