Ordered a Walt Disney World flask that I had seen but not bought in Florida - Josh from Double Boxed Toys is amazing - fast tracked my delivery - excellent service - would use again

Never used this company before, what I will say is they are excellent especially keeping in contact with order & posting was very quick, highly recommended especially Josh who was dealing with my order thank you so much.

Great service, items available that are not available elsewhere online. Josh, contacted me at each stage which was great, I knew exactly when my parcel was going to arrive. I had never used Double boxed toys before but will recommend in the future.

Great shop for people unable to get to florida to buy all the merch at the disney parks. Although a tad bit expensive, its still probably one of the best places to get the park merch in the UK.
Big kudos to Josh looking after one of my orders too.
100% would reccomend

Josh and Mark were both lovely and helpful, I emailed them for an ETA on my parcel as it was for a birthday. Mark emailed to say looking at the status now if all been well it will get to me in time, Josh then followed up saying he’s done what he can to make sure it’s delivered asap. Fabulous products and genuine staff members that help when you email by the query form, no automated ‘self help’ replies. Have ordered from here before and definitely will be again.

Thanks Josh at double boxed toys for the quick arrival of my 7 dwarfs loungefly backpack, I'm absolutely delighted with it and the service as always, would 💯 recommend as they always go the extra mile for customers and keep good contact with you on arrival of your purchase.

Josh emailed to update me on my parcel and upgraded the delivery for me which was greatly appreciated.
I got my parcel the next day after his email and was extremely happy with both the item ordered and the service received.

Josh was very helpful and gave me updates for my parcel. It arrived in plenty of time for my mother's bday.
It was amazing x thank you again I would buy again x

My order of an exclusive Funko for my girlfriend wasn’t expected to be arriving anytime before the 20th of February which was disappointing as it was supposed to be a Valentines present. Up steps Josh who handled my order from start to finish and got it out to me a whole 2 weeks before it was originally due. Great service and very much appreciate Josh’s efforts on this 👍🏽👍🏽

I ordered an art print from Festival of the Arts and was expecting it arrive in a couple of weeks. I received an email from Josh to advise it was coming early and it has arrived, in wonderful condition, today! I’m so pleased with my purchase and would recommend Double Boxed to anyone looking for exclusive merch.

I’ve recently returned from DLP and bought a few of their park exclusive Pandora charms whilst there, however when I got home I realised I wanted a few others to “finish” my bracelet. Looked online to find a company that could source the charms as Pandora don’t sell those on their website, and I came across Double Boxed Toys. This was my first order and I’ll admit I was a little nervous as very little information about the charms was on their website. Read some reviews and decided to just go with it. Ordered one, was told expected dispatch was 27th February. Josh emailed me on 5th February to say that the charm had arrived and he was sending it to me straight away with speedy shipping. I received it the next working day. Really happy. Exactly what I wanted. Will definitely order more now. Thanks so much for the excellent service.

Amazing customer service! Josh was looking after my order and kept me updated and was super polite! Was my first time ordering and will definitely be using them again!
Thank you

Have brought from Double Box a few times and always shipped and packaged perfectly extra five stars to Josh for top notch customer service and emails updating through the process would recommend and will be purchasing again in the future ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Used double boxed toys quite a few times now and the service has always great. Items are always really well packaged and this occasion, Josh went over and above to priority ship my items. Would 100% recommend this company for all your Disney/universal merch needs.

Well, DBT totally gave a fantastic service.
When I originally purchased my kyber Crystal I was expecting it to take 2 weeks to deliver; I received an email from Josh advising my delivery would be a lot sooner, and it came the very next day!
I highly recommend DBT, great service. Was sceptical at first as you can only get the items from Disneyland Star Wars World, but was happy to be proven wrong. I will be using them again to get more items - just wish I could get a Savis workshop lightsaber!

Great items, fast delivery and good communication. Special mention to Josh who handled my order.

Always nervous about using a new website for 1st time but needn’t have worried. Josh dealt with my order which was well packed and arrived at warp speed. Thanks for great service will definitely use again

Great service and community from start to finish, Josh kept me up to date with my parcel, my loungefly bag was well.packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased, thank you.
