Great service as always from Double Boxed Toys. Great customer service from Josh who sent out my package as soon as possible after it arrived in the UK.

Very impressed! Got my funko in good time and had promt emails re assuring me of when it will be delivered! Josh was great at handling everything. It was packaged perfectly and arrived in great condition!

i bought a box of 6 star wars figures the box came open and yak face was not there and i had 2 mo montha, NOW I INTEND TO OPEN A CASE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY

Really good site. They were the only place other than Ebay that had a certain Loungefly bag. Really pleased with their service

Excellent service as always. Will be using again.

Well, DBT totally gave a fantastic service.
When I originally purchased my Epcot globe cookie jar, I was expecting it to take 2 weeks until delivery.
I received an email from Josh advising my delivery would be lot sooner, and it came the very next day.
I highly recommend DBT, great service - I really regretted not buying this when I was in Florida 2yrs ago, but really happy to now have it 😊

So happy with my items and the really quick service and excellent packing from Josh. Came within a week, lots quicker than the estimated shipping time. Thanks for everything Josh.

Once again another amazing order from Double boxed Toys! I expected to wait weeks for delivery but I received an email from Josh to say it was arriving early and had pushed through delivery for me.
I love Double Boxed toys and can not wait to order again, as I know not only do they have amazing stuff but customer service is amazing too.

I ordered the Loungefly Disney cruise line bag, on a special offer, for a great price. It arrived today, and is perfect. Brand new with no imperfections, which can be tough with shiny /shimmery bags. Really happy with the service I received. Jack and Josh have been particularly helpful, answering emails, dealing with queries and previously rushing my order so I had it in time for a trip.
I have had quite a few items from double boxed toys, and have always had a good experience.
Often the items are ordered before being purchased from the USA, and therefore take longer to arrive, but it’s made clear that’s the case on the website, and for hard to find items it works. All my items have been in mint condition, and the one time an item couldn’t be sourced, I was refunded.
Will absolutely buy again from Double Boxed toys. Thanks guys x

I ordered the other day not expecting my delivery until the end of the month as stated on the site when ordering but received an email today to inform me my order has been shipped out much sooner thanks to the help from one of the employees Josh. ☺️

We are planning our first trip as a family to Disneyland Paris and I was looking for some merchandise. Found exactly what I was looking for on double box toys, wasn’t expecting it to be shipped for another couple of weeks but Josh dropped an email to say he pushed my order through and it’s coming early! 😃 thanks Josh

I ordered something from this store and was expecting it to take quite a while based on it coming from America. However I received a lovely email from Josh to let me know it is going to be shipped out to me sooner! Which has made my day! Not only is it really nice to receive an email from a person rather than an automatic one. But to have the email contain some great news is even better! Thank you for your email Josh and for looking after my order! It has made my day ☺️ I would recommend shopping at double boxed toys to anyone! Great stuff for sale and great staff too!

Great communication and service from Josh - thankyou!!

Great company for disney and universal exclusively items that you can't get in the UK. Also, it's not a bad price. This is my second order, and I will probably order more stuff in the future. Josh was great help, will 1000% recommended.

Purchased a disney loungefly bag from here for my partner. It shipped way before expected and came within a couple of days. Josh looked after us and our order.

Excellent experience and my partner is chuffed to bits, thanks josh!

Very happy, quick delivery, items great. Thanks Josh. Would use again.

Excellent service, and received so quickly with a contact email from someone called Josh who said it was on its way
