I love that double boxed toys help you get your hands on rarer loungeflys, I’d misunderstood that the bags were still on there way in . Josh was awesome , he was quick to reply to my query and gave excellent service . My nerdy little heart is very happy with my eveeloutions handbag

Second time ordering from DBT and I'm so glad I did! I'm so happy with my purchase. Thanks to josh it arrived in perfect condition and really quickly! Thanks so much

Had a really great experience from Josh with my purchase.
I had ordered my item which wasn't due to arrive until March but it came through today (20th February) which was great news.
Nicely packaged item with no damage considering its come from america. Will shop with them again.

Wanted to buy my Magicbands before we went to Disney - Double boxes toys had alot of choice and I was lucky enough to get mine in their sale - delivery was quoted as 3/4 weeks - but Josh kept me informed and I actually received them in 12 days! Thank you to Josh for going above and beyond 5* customer service

From ordering to delivery, I was kept abreast of the status of my order by Josh who also upgraded my delivery so we could receive the item quicker. My daughter is a very happy girl with her new bag. Thank you

From a regular DBT purchaser, they are always keeping you updated with your order. Always quick delivery, sometimes the prices can be too high but clearpay makes them less painful! And it’s the price you pay for limited edition items which can’t be obtained here in the uk. Highly recommended

Lovely gentleman called Josh assisted me with my order getting to me on time. Very grateful, thank you very much

Josh has exceeded expectations again so happy with my order will definitely shop again

Brilliant company, item was perfect and they clearly went out of their way to get it.
Josh dealt with my order from start to finish and corrected any issues immediately, went above and beyond throughout.
Couldn’t have asked for better!
Would recommend to anyone

This was my first time ordering from Doubleboxedtoys and the service far exceeded my expectations. Josh has been fantastic, keeping me informed about my order and even expediting the shipping process. I received my item far sooner than anticipated and am very grateful. I will definitely be ordering again, thank you!

Absolute saviours! I took my toddler to disneyland paris for his 3rd birthday and got him the disney 100 Mickey fashion doll and 8 months later it broke. Searched online desperately trying to find even a second hand one and found this place! Brand new, sealed in box, exactly the right thing ! Delivery was super quick, Josh emailed with updates on the order every step and the package was well padded to keep it safe. Thank you so much, you made a young disneyfan super happy again.

Love this site. Josh helped with my order and has sent my item out really quickly. Can't wait to receive it!!

I found the staff, Josh, very helpful when I needed to alter my details

I was able to order a collectors item. It was available and faster received than initially shared during the order process (received mid Feb instead of early Mar).
Josh sent a mail that it was packed good and sent fast reminding me pleasant a kind request to leave and write a review if I liked all - this is what I do here.
Much appreciated, thanks.

Ordering was easy, communication was brilliant and received my order quicker than expected. Item was packaged well and Josh made sure I had tracking details available to ensure delivery. All in all an excellent service.

As always a great service from Double Boxed Toys.
Items are great and a big thanks to Josh for keeping me updated regarding the order, delivery etc. Once again very happy with my purchase.

Always great service from Double Boxed Toys.
Items are great and a big thanks to Josh again for expediting delivery for me. Sadly Royal Mail screwed up the delivery royally but that's not Double boxed toys fault part from choosing the send via Royal Mail. Once again very happy with my purchase.
