I was sold these expensive face products. And I have a bad reaction to the task mask. And I don’t see anything change. Been using it for 2 weeks and have not seen any improvement… would like money back… I don’t think this company won’t take back the product for no return. I have pictures from day one and now. The moisture makes me break out.. just not happy…

My husband and I had an unfortunate experience visiting the D'Or24K store during our vacation in Florida. Dealing with prolonged battle with cancer my husband became particularly self-conscious about the impact of cancer treatments on his skin. Though we had no intention to make any purchases, we found ourselves ambushed by a salesperson who claimed to be both a dermatologist and a co-founder of the brand. He went to great lengths, showcasing his pictures with celebrities (which I now think were photoshopped), and exploited my husband's post-treatment insecurities.

We were manipulated into buying exorbitantly priced and utterly ineffective skincare products, amounting to a $8,000. Looking back, I recognize the high-pressure sales tactics and deceptive practices we should have resisted. However, this vacation marked our first break from the emotionally draining cancer battle, and we let our guard down.

Prompted by our oncologist's advice that the products wouldn't benefit my husband's skin, the next day we came to our senses and went back to the store to return the products we bought. We were met with refusal. It turned out that the store had no return policy, a fact conveniently kept from our attention during the purchase. Their business card, which we took from the store, directed us to the agency's website (where they are indicating a return within 14 days btw), but after we emailed the address from the card, they claimed that they had no association with the stores representing them. It appears their strategy is to evade responsibility by claiming each store can establish its own return policy.

While we acknowledge our lapse in judgment, we hope our unfortunate experience serves as a cautionary tale for others. Steer clear of this store – their exorbitantly priced items are, at best, of mediocre drugstore quality and certainly not worth the investment. The salespeople are trained to exploit vulnerabilities, applying relentless pressure and manipulation until you succumb and buy their products...

I really enjoy coming to D’OR24k for the atmosphere has been Warm & Comfortable! I also enjoy the conversation with Venessa while she lathers me with Luxurious Cleansers & Creams! I do enjoy it and look forward to coming again!

Quality, softness and texture

Products are amazing!

I received the wrong order by mistake. D'OR24K responded quickly, sent the correct order and let me keep the order sent by mistake. Excellent service!

Very high pressure sales person at expo in Myrtle Beach continued until I purchased two products both being eye serums; one in white bottle and one in blue with D’OR24k trademarks. However the D’OR24K website denies any connection with sales of products purchased at expo or mall kiosks. Product applied by sales person was definitely different than products sold to me. Ladies beware! Don’t fall for these expensive products with no proven results and not recommended by dermatologists.

Great customer service, I needed to have a hydra fresh toner replaced from dor24k because my current bottle was a little busted and therefore it was hard to get product out, so I contacted customer service and explained the problem and they sent me a new bottle no questions asked. And they also responded in a very timely manner. Also I would definitely recommend you get the hydra fresh toner, works wonders for super oily skin

THey distract you away from NO REFUND sign and it is small leeters on receipt. I had a small redness and itching from store application and decided not to use product. I wanted to return unopened cream and they refused, Buyer beware and definetly do not gift unless 100% sure your loved wants it.

I never received my package. Tried to contact customer service never get a response. So disappointed. I paid so much on the product that I never received.

I was lured in with a free sample, like a lot of people here.
I told the salesperson several times I didn’t want to buy anything because I could afford it. She would take no for an answer. She would let me get off the chair. The original price was $899 but I could get it at $399. Kept saying I didn’t want to buy it. She started to whisper that she could give me an additional discount so it would be $149. And ended up buying something I did not want. If people say no several times it means no.
Good god I cried when it was finally over. Felt like the worst 40 minutes of my life. And I got scammed. I got bloody scammed.

My opinion about your answer:
I guess bad publicity is also publicity. I cannot believe that you would be happy as a company that these aggressive salespeople sell your product in that way. It’s also easy to say that they have no link to the company. It wouldn’t hurt to say, sorry that you’ve had this experience with our brand and then go on with your “explanation”

I love this skin product I first buy from this lady in Lenox mall. This product is amazing So when I ran out I placed an order online to get it new it was on Sale. However I received a email saying my order was delivered but I never got the order. When I reached out to someone they did send me the face peal product but I never received the moisturizer when I purchased both. :/

We passed by a booth selling these products and devices at our CNE in Toronto. We were literally pulled into chairs for a “demonstration”. We needed a rest so we went along with it. Super pushy and hard sell sales from two women. We told them many times we had no intention of buying anything and was funny to watch them take different angles to make deals. The red light device was said to be $12,000 but the special event price was “only $8,500”. We had a hard time cutting them off to leave, but had a good laugh about the whole thing. The serums and creams were pushed as well. Feel sorry for those who got taken advantage of. These scammers should be charged and not allowed in these fairs. Bloodsuckers.

There was a mixup on my order and it was corrected immediately! The service with them is amazing! But not as amazing as the D'OR24K Prestige Multi-Vitamin Moisturizer. I am in love with it.

Did not receive what i ordered. Got something completely different. Just want what i paid for to be correct

I’m a victim too. From the sales at the Erie County Fair in Hamburg, NY. If this is not your product, then where did they get it from? How do we know what is really your product? These people need to be stopped because they are lying and cheating people out of money they don’t have. Preying on people that just want to feel better about themselves. Honestly, I feel like your company should help in some way. That syringe and eye serum should be replaced with the real product! I don’t want my money back, I want the real product!
