the products are good but the sales people are so pushy it was uncomfortable. They kept adding more and more stuff to their deal with me right after a facial massage. I felt stuck in the back room with the sales person, it took almost 20 minutes before I finally said yes just so i could get out of there, I regret not having pushed against it more. If you really want their products buy them online, but do not go anywhere near the stores or any kiosk .

The C.O.D. on this package was more than I paid for the product; I refused delivery and returned the product.

Good and reliable service. Received products in timely manner.

This is my second purchase of the pearl milk cleanser and the vitamin B5 toner.
The products arrived quickly. I’m thrilled with how easy it was to order and receive these products!

Works really well for my face

Very very high pressure sales. On my way home I started to have a allergic reaction. When I got home and opened the product and it didn't even have safety seals. I live 50 miles away and when I looked at the receipt on the bottom it says no refunds. Exchange only within 7 days. I called them and they gave me a run around. And said they would call me back and never did. I spent a lot of money on a product that I cannot use. So fyi buyer beware.

I had recently an issue with a product and would like to thanks the commercial team for his reactivity and sorting out my issue so fast in a very professional way!

I have been arrassed from sales persons from a kiosk in puerto Vallarta Airport to buy a sells eyes lift from this brand and tood them I ve got allergy but they ensure it is proof allergique that I cannot get any allergy with this cream but in fact it is burning around my eyes and suspect they put anything cream in the bottle. Besides they give me another proof ticket for injection of the same brand than the eye lifter I bought and I don’t understand why !
I asked to be refund but they ignored my demand so I I think this eye lift is a real scam and dangerous for the skin.

I was given a sample of the product I ordered by my husband who got it at Seminole Hard Rock. I loved it so much i just had to order it. It was such a royal treat. There was, however, a little mishap but customer service quickly made it right!

The product costs a little more than what I normally spend on lotions, but I just had to have it!

I was given a sample of the hand and body lotion down in Florida. I loved it so much (not greasy and a beautiful scent) I order a full 2 oz tube on their website. It is completely unscented!!!! What a scam.

Edit to add a reply to your comment- my credit card bill has your info on it. I feel like youre just making excuses to avoid refunding me.

Pushy, manipulative sales people, bad customer service, terrible expensive products. I was harassed an Puerto Vallarta airport into buying eye lift serum, told I was going to get skin cancer, made to feel stupid about my skin care regime and feel scammed. No response after getting in touch to ask for a refund. I am probably going to have to take this up with my credit card company and complain about the scam sale.

It wasn't great, I received a totally different product and in smaller size for the same price

I bought the D'OR24K Prestige during a cruise stop in the Dominican Republic. I paid close to $300 for this product and sadly to say it has done nothing for my puffiness. What a scam!

The very best products for skin care. Expensive but worth every penny in my opinion. Ordering from the website was easy. I received my package very quickly.
