My shopping bag was stolen immediately after I left the store. Since then, I have called multiple times, sent emails, and even visited the store in person trying to get an answer to one very simple question: does the protection plan/guarantee on the machine cover a stolen item or not?

Despite all my efforts, no one has been able—or willing—to provide a clear answer. They are very good at selling you a $1,000+ product, but when you need assistance afterward, they completely shut you out. The lack of communication and customer support has been extremely disappointing.

I expected much better service, especially after making such a significant purchase.

Scam, not good quality

I purchased a Predire facial device for approximately $4,000 as part of what was presented to me as a promotional collaboration package. The machine was offered at a significant discount and, according to the sales presentation, the package included refillable skincare products, regular facial treatments for three years, and a process where the spa would track my skin's progress through photographs and assessments as part of promoting their new spa services.

These promises were a major factor in my decision to purchase. I specifically remember hesitating because I had tentative plans to relocate outside Canada in Fall 2026 and was concerned that I would not be able to fully benefit from a three-year package. That concern is memorable precisely because it factored into my purchasing decision. Had I been told that the package only included three facial treatments, I would never have agreed to spend approximately $4,000 on the device.

What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that the spa has now claimed that they only promised three facials. This directly contradicts my understanding of the agreement and, frankly, their own conduct. By the time this was brought up, I had already attended approximately four or five facial appointments. It is difficult to reconcile the claim that only three facials were included when I had already received more than that.

Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. Even receiving the spa services was often an ordeal. During my first scheduled appointment, the technician never showed up. I was left waiting and ultimately had to contact the main office myself to determine what had happened. On later visits, accessing the spa became increasingly inconvenient because the business did not appear to have a functioning entrance of its own. I was required to enter through a completely different business located on another floor in order to reach the spa.

As for the treatments themselves, the overall experience was underwhelming. Most sessions felt mediocre and did not produce any meaningful or measurable benefits. The one exception was a technician from Bolivia who was professional, attentive, and provided a noticeably better experience than the others. Beyond that, however, the treatments did not live up to the expectations created during the sales process, particularly given that the building itself was undergoing significant construction during much of this time.

My biggest concern is not whether the facials were excellent or average. My concern is that the facial treatments, progress tracking, and long-term collaboration were presented as integral components of the package used to sell the device. After the sale was completed, those commitments appear to have been minimized, reinterpreted, or forgotten altogether. The promised tracking process never materialized in any meaningful way, despite being presented as part of a collaborative effort that would benefit both the customer and the spa.

What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that I entered into this purchase because I believed Predire was a reputable brand. I expected a higher standard of professionalism, transparency, and customer service. Instead, I encountered what felt like shifting promises and sales tactics that only became apparent after the purchase was completed. It is surprising to see such a disconnect between the reputation the brand projects and the experience I actually received.

If the terms of the offer were truly different from what was represented during the sales process, then those terms should have been clearly documented and communicated from the outset. Customers should not be left questioning whether the promises used to secure a sale will later be reinterpreted or denied.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. My advice to prospective customers is simple: obtain every promise, benefit, and service commitment in writing before making a substantial purchase.

Excelentes vendedores buenos para envolverte no digo que el producto no sea bueno pero definitivamente esta super inflado en precios y luego no dan ni factura mucho menos buen servicio al cliente, compre recién en un congreso de medicina regenerativa y me prometieron que me mandaban las fichas eso tiene ya semanas y nada, me dejan en visto la verdad no los recomiendo, no tienen ética

Just to put all the people at ease .. they are now on TikTok live and their products are being sold at 1$. 😌 max I seen was 40$ so you guys can rest assured. I too bought some peeling gel mask for 150$ at the mall 4 years ago and today I just bought it for 9$… ain’t god good 🫶🏼

Vente agressive,,mensongère et contrairement à ce que la vendeuse Kany a dit,,aucun remboursement.
Je me suis fait avoir avec leurs belles paroles et leurs ventes super agressives..De plus la facture stipule que j' ai droit à 3 facials gratuits,,,,aucune nouvelle de Kany la vendeuse quand c' est le temps de prendre les RV pour les facials,,et les autres vendeuses ne peuvent rien faire.
Ce sont des escrocs légales.
Si je pouvais mettre la note de - 100 je le ferais.
NE METTEZ PAS LES PIEDS LÀ.
Les mêmes produits ailleurs sont BEAUCOUP moins chères .
P.S.il faudrait faire un groupe de toutes les personnes qui se sont fait avoir avec cette boutique.Si je regarde les avis, on est beaucoup!

Fake products with spelling mistakes and grammar errors. Says made in Paris but it's made in China. They change the packaging and sell dirty cosmetics! Dude was sued in the USA. Go do your research. I was pressured into buying and brought it back after googling the company. Told them I would call the cops if I didn't get my money back. I was sent my refund by the manager via another business account. Very shady people and garbage products. Dude is living the highlife between Israel, Florida and somewhere in Canada! Stay away!!!

SCAM I HATE THEM

I’ve had very good experiences with these products. More so than the less expensive ones. The snail muslin products are the best.

I purchased my items from Whatnot. I paid a reasonable price — I rarely spend over 25 when I purchase on whatnot. I love Predire Paris products. At 70, my skin is gorgeous and I rarely wear foundation— a little blush and eye liner. My skin is clear, bright and smooth. I have been using these products for a year. Love them…

The price tag give alot of potential buyers the ick. However, the products are amazing been using them for about two years. I have gotten wonderful results. Before you judge, treat yourself and try them out online if pushy sales people is not your thing

En primera te venden productos en Expos y lugares donde no es un local donde una pueda ubicarlos para solucionar problemas con la compra adquirida y la posible atención que uno puede tener es solo vía telefónica, sin domicilio donde poder ir a verlos personalmente y exigir una aclaración de cargos mal aplicados, no entiendo porque ninguna institución verifica estas malas empresas y siguen trabajando sin que nadie las investigue y tome en cuenta las opiniones de los que en algún momento por error caímos en sus garras.
Y le puse una estrella, porque si no, no podría haber mandado mi opinión, pero yo le doy Cero Estrellas

I have seen such bad reviews of Predire but I have a tun of Predire Paris products that I purchased and I have been using them now for 3 months and my skin is so much better then it was. I don't even need foundation anymore because the redness and ruff skin has gone away. The reviews I see are mostly directed towards the companies sales tactics, inflated prices, and being a scam however taking all that out of it and actually reviewing the products I think they are amazing and I absolutely love them!!

I bought the product through What Not so I didn’t have the pushy sales person experience as most have experienced. It was all under $10 per product. So I got to try it without the high dollar price point and the overbearing sales persons. Or the outrageous online prices for that matter. I would never pay even half of what the mall or online prices are. But overall I do like the product. It leaves my skin smooth. But don’t overpay for this ladies. There’s no miracle creams out there.

Si je pouvais mettre 0, je le ferais! Bref, je marchais dans mon centre commercial, quand on m'a attrapé pour rentré dans leur magasin. On m'a fait essayé une brosse chauffante qui pouvait frisé mes cheveux en 5 minutes. Rendu à la maison, je l'essaie, mais elle m'a fait plus de noeuds en 5 minutes que les bouclés. J'ai voulu avoir un remboursement, mais ils m'ont dit que je ne pouvais pas me faire rembourser parce que le paquet était ouvert... Où est la protection du consommateur dans cette histoire? J'aimerais bien le savoir.

During the facial treatments I received, I experienced repeated and aggressive sales pressure to purchase additional services, including red light therapy. This occurred during the treatment itself, which I found inappropriate and disruptive to what should have been a relaxing experience.

As a result of these high-pressure tactics, I felt uncomfortable continuing with the services. I had purchased a package of eight treatments but discontinued after three due to this experience.

I requested a refund for the unused portion of the package on this basis; however, my request has been denied to date. I am dissatisfied with both the service experience and the company’s handling of my concern.

Pas de service à la clientèle, on nous demande de retourner en boutique et de se faire réexpliquer. J’y suis retournée et ça marche pas du tout du tout.!!!!! au début, elle voulait me vendre pour 700 $, j’ai fini par payer 100 $, mais c’est quand même 100 $ aux poubelles😫😫😫😫😫 tente elle me l’a fait c’était beau mais quand j’ai essayé ça ne fonctionnait pas. Avec le petit cours en magasin, ça ne fonctionnait pas non plus.ARNAQUE

I love the serum and moisturizer but the mask was like goo and i didnt enjoy it. It didnt peel
Off nice or in a sheet and i didnt feel as though it improved my skin.

J'ai eu droit à la même technique de vente sous pression que les autres consommateurs qui ont émis des avis.
Je vais porter plainte à l'Office de la protection du consommateur pour vente frauduleuse, informations erronées, politique de remboursement non conforme, etc. Tout client insatisfait devrait faire la même chose, ça fera sans doute bouger les choses.

Mauvaise expérience ici aussi 😡😡😡. J'ai acheté la Brosse à cheveux multi-usages en céramique qui ne fait pas du tout ce qui avait été promis. On retourne donc en magasin pour se faire rembourser mais on nous dit qu'il faut écrire un courriel pour la suite de la procédure. Par courriel on nous répond de retourner en magasin pour se faire montrer comment le produit fonctionne. Bref, pas moyen de se faire rembourser. C'est illégal mais c'est ce qu'ils font. Mieux d'acheter ailleurs.
