Well, I am really confused now. I had a very similar experience to Diane Buscaglia...inside the large "Commercial Exhibits"(Bazaar Building) (in my case it was a man & a woman) selling (the syringe-type bottle was CLEARLY marked "D'or24k")? I even have her business card with her email and phone number clearly showing she is a representative for 24k D'or Cosmetics! You are claiming you do NOT/did not have the product for sale at the Erie County Fair on Aug. 17th 2023, (Hamburg NY)? Someone isn't telling the truth! She was trying to sell the syringe to me for 449.00 and when I kept explaining that I can NOT afford that, she kept lowering the price until she finally got to a smaller syringe (same under the eye product) for ONLY $149.00 (still too much for me). She even showed me how the product sells for over $1,000.00 on the website.

A friend of mine and I were in the Event Center of the Erie County Fair, in Hamburg, NY. We're both middle school teachers- no dummies, for sure. We were walking past the exhibit for D'or24k and a very beautiful but aggressive young woman literally took our arms and pulled us into the exhibit and sat us on a chair. She pulled a syringe out, and put a droplet of some "magic serum" on her forefinger and proceeded to apply the serum to our inner arms, while handing us free sample packets of the body cream. (Patch test, on our inner arms, for sure) She chit-chatted for about a minute and then put another bead of the product on her forefinger, a second time and proceeded to apply it to my under eye area. At the same time, she ushered us to chairs, side by side and she sat in front of us. She then pulled out a mirror and asked me to witness the great change that had occurred. Frankly, I saw nothing. She then started quoting prices. The dialogue went like this: "Our price today for the fair, is $499 for the eye treatment and the microdermabrasion cream." My friend and I showed disinterest, saying that the price was too high for our financial situations. She then continued: "It lasts for one year. You will spend more than that in a year for other products you will purchase." We still stood firm and immediately, another saleswoman came over and slipped into the chair, that the other woman was sitting in, previously. She then said: "Ladies? What's the problem here? I'm the manager. So you think our product is too expensive, hmmm? Well, what if I said that if you buy it right here and right now, I will reduce the price to $199 and one of you can take the cream and the other can take the serum." We still resisted and she became angry, slammed the product down on a table and turned her back on us. We were obviously dismissed, (thank God!) There was a lot of previous unnecessary banter beforehand from the first saleswoman as well, such as her nationality (which we doubted, because she stammered when trying to explain where she was from. She said she was from South Africa, but that she lived in Israel for 3 years and "picked up the accent" quickly.) But when the second saleswoman came over, her accent was exactly the same as the first woman's was. I really felt like my intelligence was being tested. There were no used cars in sight, but I felt like that's what these two women were trying to sell us. Shame on the Erie County Fair for allowing such a scam-oriented company to occupy space in an environment of down to earth people. Do you really think that this makeup can sell for $200 at a county fair? Nah. Not now; not EVER.

I love your products. Unfortunately I can only afford them on day. You have the big sales on the big holidays but I try to stock up then when I can make me look 15 years younger.

I was given the D’OR24K treatment while touring in Costa Maya by Nathan. Nathan Costa Maya. Nathan was thorough and treated me with respect. I like the way he shared his own life. He treated me with all the products. I purchased them all, really don’t know how well they work. Trying to figure them out, how and when to use them. So on the products, I’m still learning and not seeing a big change.

I went for a Facial at Beauty Fizz in Ocala. They wanted to sell me the gold mask which is online for 299.00 for 2,500.00! I just kept saying no. He said oh you will need more than a few facials. Well great and thank you but before I said “no” you told me what beautiful skin I had.

I was passiny by a shop called Lioness beauty bar in Bramalea city center in Brampton Ontario Canada yesterday, and two sales men called me in and aggressively convinced me to buy a bunch of D'or24k products for $2,046. I had a funny feeling of doom the whole time and told them i needed to research the products before I paid as I'd never heard of them before but they didn't let me. They kept pushing until I gave in and paid even though I told them I wasn't working at the moment and couldnt afford it.

Now i want to request for a refund. because I honestly cant afford to spend that amount right now and I'm not even sure the product would work.

Please let me know how i can go about getting my refund. Those salesmen are really the worse and it almost feels like i was hypnotized!

The website is well structured and customizable.

The new formula for the D'OR24K Prestige Passion Fruit and South Sea Pearl Body Butter is absolutely horrible. Smells terrible and feels nothing like the original formula. I do not recommend it.

I sent an email to customer service with pictures! What are you trying to pull? What you sent to me was pure crap. It is not like the original. I ordered the Energizing Passion Fruit Body salt Scrub.
Order # 2692 June 15th. I have the original as on your website with the gold lid and the crystals that smell great! You sent one in a different package nothing like the one on the website I want a full refund and I will be reporting you to the better business bureau! This is the second time!!!!

Very upset !!! Went for a facial in late April. Was pleased and bought product. I cant even say how much I spent. Got home and realized they did not put in one of the products so I returned to the store in May. I have signed receipts for 6 free facials and a year to bring in my products and would refill for a full year. Went to Center Stage location in Miramar Mall in Estero Florida.Just outside of Naples. Store completely closed. So I am screwed!!!I have contacted the manager who’s cell phone I have and have left a few voicemails for him on what I can do or where I can go to make this right. I did miss a call back but as of today June 16th 2023

I I love your products! Unfortunately, living in Canada I had to pay huge import fees equal to the purchase price! I will wait until I am back in the states, hopefully later this year to reorder.

Just bought this product at a home and garden show in Orlando. When I attempted to use the product it all seeped out of the side of the pen. Trying to get a hold of the company with out a lot of luck. I also think they overcharged my credit card and I’m trying to get that worked out also.

Omg...at first im at the mall. Hear they come, to tell me to come n try, ok why not it felt good.went home and forgot about it..now im traveling to Jamaica, i need to look good and glow, used it, OM!!..the boom. Did it make my skin feel like silk i used it then i reached out to website and stocked up on scrub and butter...im so happy...both sents wow nice...thanks for stopping me in the mall that day.

The service was amazing I love the products they helped me costuming a treatment to help my pores that I hated for years and tried everything. This products are the first one to work! Don’t walk run.
